Every time you sit at the table and take a mouth full of your dinner creations, you remind me of the Galloping Gourmet. The way you nod your head in approval of your own cooking is always a pleasure to watch. I used to make that salmon dish all the time about 10 years ago. I used to make brownies and other such treats as well. I have everything you do to make it, but one gets lazy. Seeing that salmon meal has inspired me to do the same next week. By the way... your house as it was shown at the beginning is crying out for a watercolour...without too much detail. We'll see what we can do.

The snow is so beautiful, but I just don’t like the cold…I was originally from Anne Arundel County, Maryland but have been living in Texas for more than 30 years. I do miss forsythia bushes though, so I hope you will share them on a video when they bloom. I love your videos…thank you for sharing your days with us.
