WOW! that outdoor living area plus the outdoor bathroom takes the cake on every house!!
Imagine how great that would be with a huge pool area adjoining! But then I'd want a shower room out there, too, for people to rinse the chlorine off. LOL There's always something else to want!😂

No problem where I live. If you're in the north, you just have to do some seasonal maintenance and winterize it. No biggie.

Exquisite home. That little pull out next to the stove looks like a spot for cooking utensils. Hide them away instead of having them on display or in a drawer.
I've watched a lot of these video and this is definitely in the top 3. I don't think that I've seen a master bedroom that I like better than this one. I agree. I found my dream home.
Pretty house, but for $2.2M you would think they would use better closet organizers rather than those cheap wire shelves!!
Agreed!!! Those things can't hold lots of weight. They should be solid shelves that are built into the wall
What amazes me is all the step up / step down in these homes and the doorways are not bigger than the standard width for a lower end home. Not very age friendly. I know a 2-story is also not age friendly, but a staircase can be navigated with a stair chair or addition of an elevator.
I do agree with the narrator - love the blues - especially the laundry room. Too bad you can’t provide the paint colors

I love this house. The columns are not my favorite but the interior is amazing!
For 2 million dollars I would like a few minor tweaks.
1) a pot filler
2) a pet grooming area
3) remote controlled screens for the covered patios.
4) an elevator, I have mobility issues. ❤
And a bigger basement.
I said everything you did except for pet grooming! The office that is off in the garage area can be your pet grooming area. Also, I'm sure they can accommodate an elevator into the floorplan too!
This truly is a family dream home. My goodness ... Once you've laid in a larder & supplies, you NEVER have to venture out!! 😄 Love it!!
This place is a mansion. Imagine the back facing a beautiful lake somewhere. I'd change colors and carpet delete and tile designs myself but otherwise it's a place you could just love to live. I mean..WOW.

That's the type of Jack n Jill bathroom I like, each side has it's own sink and toilet.
Here are my cosmetic changes:
1. Although the tile on the fireplace place looks nice, I would definitely have a real brick fireplace using the whitewashed brick like out side, add pizzazz to the fireplace with that tile around the opening only.
2. Any fire place that does not have brick or stone, needs it!
BIG HUGE YES for the Jack n Jill bath in the upstairs bedrooms!!! I have said it a million times, “Why not put a sink and toilet on either side and put the tub/shower in the middle?”
I have absolutely no other suggestions or changes to this home!! I love it! Now I have to hit the lottery to get this house!!! This is my dream home!

I've seen bigger pantries in smaller houses. For the price point & size of kitchen not cool. Interesting stove. Love the patios. Like the shelf in guest shower. Now that's a laundry room! Best Jack n Jill bath I've ever seen. If the master had a kitchen you could live in there. Love master shower, but the tub would never get used. Lol I can't imagine living in that much space.
Ok, this is the best home I've seen you do. Everything was thoughtful and deliberate. Great execution except for the closets not including the master. Come on! Put wood in those closets. Use the space. That master? Wow! Just wow! The right side by the stove is for utinsils. Thanks Tim!
The drawer in the Kitchen next to the Stove has Stainless "Bain Marie's" inside it, this is to hold large cooking Utensils, such as large Stirring Spoons, Spatulas, etc.
Is this is what a master bedroom should be, wow.

The only thing that I would change is have that laundry room downstairs because if you've never had our washing machine mess up on you that water is going to damage the floor it's going to leak it is going to go down the walls everything is going to be messed up I just don't see having a laundry on my second floor. Always first floor
7:32 That’s for hiding your cooking utensils. They’re usually too large for drawers large and messy looking on the counter. Many people put them in canisters on the counter. We actually have two of them, that drawer would be great! The black square ones may hold knives, hard to see clearly on a phone.
In Spain we also use the second cabinet for large cooking bottles, like olive oil or avocado oil. Spices on one side and your cooking liquids on the other

Usually see outdoor bathroom in home's that have built-in pools in the back yard in California along with at least outdoor shower off off. Saw them way back in the 1980's there in CA.
The right cabinet drawer next to the stove is for cooking utensils, like spatulas.

This is awesomely a perfect house.
That's the perfect size for what I'm looking for. My wife and I both work from home ever since the pandemic and come to find out that we're "expecting" our first, we do need this space because our current home isn't big enough, not even guests or family. Now having a baby and family ( her mom and sister) being in and out on a weekly bit. Thnx for the tour and info.

Drawer cabinet looks like a cooking oil holder similar to a car cup holder. Perfect location for olive oil dispensers, and some more spices.

That great room wall!!! I’d make it one shelf higher though. I don’t need the wet bar sink but love the rest. I’d need a bigger dining room. I want to seat 12 plus have room for a huge China closet or built-ins for all my colorful dishes and table cloths for all the holidays. Kitchen is cool. Office is great. I’d also want a door like the office …has on the dining room. Love the morning room. The back patio is fabulous !! I want a covered patio. I’m not a fan of SWEATING while having a party. The outside bath is a great idea, especially if you add a pool later. That guest room… I’d whack my head on that cabinet next to the bed. GUARANTEED. 🤣 what a great laundry room!!! I could dance while
doing laundry. 🤣 Those bedrooms are so great!!! I always wanted a big room as a kid and wanted big rooms for my kids. But that ship has just about sailed. Lol only one left at home. Gonna be a while. She is headed to vet school after college so she will be with us quite a while. She cooks. She cleans. She does laundry. She can stay. Lol Master is perfect. I always wanted a big room with a sitting room. The private balcony is awesome!! The master closet is bigger than all 3 of our bedrooms 🤣 If the gym is in the closet anybody else has to traipse through the master bedroom to use it? No thanks. Bath is nice. They could have added two water closets with all of that room. Lol gotta love a bonus room!! They could have at least made some custom bookcases in the reading nooks. The basement would be all mine for crafting since there is a 2nd family room upstairs.
