I'm living in AL currently. Originally from NY. I live about 30 mins from Vestavia where you toured the home. I love listening to you talk while you tour the homes. Your expressions when you like something in the homes make me laugh. Your stories of your experiences make me chuckle also. You're just so honest...LOL. I like listening to when you tour the kitchens and you start looking for the spice racks..😂😂😂. Keep touring I enjoy looking at the homes.

In that first home the big drawers to either side of the range could be spice drawers and I think in the garage that area with the red tank is central vacuum

What's the water heater for? In the UK we have instant hot water & no water heater. UK homes had water heaters back in the 70's & 80's. We have boilers which controls the heating & can change to temperature of the hot water that comes out of the taps & radiators
Love the Dupree home in Knoxville, TN… thanks for showing it… just a little concerned about the dog “crate” or space, wondering if the humming or heat coming from water heater, etc… may have long term effects on the fur baby. They hide those equipment or put them in the garage area for a reason, right? It looks cute but is it safe for the dog?
The black siding along with the architectural style of the home reminds me of a Gothic home back in Salem Witch trial day's 😅 just what it invokes that for me. Not a fan of the black siding. Not my favorite home but I'm sure others will like it.
I'm sure those who can afford these million dollar homes could easily afford someone to do their lawncare and probably most all do. But when you're the type of person who loves to do your own mowing (yeah just mowing), it would be cool to see a short extension to the garages (or at the very least a larger side door into the garage) that one would park their mowers inside (nothing less than a zero turn mind you!! lol). I, myself, love mowing my yard and I've yet to see room enough in these garages that one could park their cars AND a nice sized zero turn mower. jus' sayin'
Can you please start calling the master bedroom a primary suite. Hate Master…agree with previous comment.. designer or stager did not do these homes justice in my opinion.
No more wire shelving please contractors! A large % of us ladies can’t stand those things.. there are DIY videos on how to cover or rebuild out those ugly things!!
I’m sorry, I know your job is to make these homes look absolutely luxurious. But many of the features are just stroking the egos of the buyers. They are not useful at all. They seem like luxurious, but they’re completely useless and will never be functional.

The primary bedroom shower is called an Enclosed shower which I prefer..
