That is a very nice house but as soon as you open the front door did you hear them squeaky hinges that's not a good sign of equality installed door Maybe after a few years you would hear squeak in a like that At least put some WD40 on the hinges.

It was awesome! With a home THAT big I was very surprised that the dining room was not bigger. One would THINK that with a house THAT big one might be the house where everyone gathers for the holidays. Some people might split the family up and have the kids eat in the kitchen, but others might prefer to have everyone together. In my next home my dining room table will have to sit about 14. I may decide to have some leaves in the table and not keep it THAT big all year. Who knows.
I like the idea of it, but I have a 12 person table we never use. We always used the breakfast area & the bar to gather around the food in the kitchen
Exactly! My house may have half the square footage but the dinings rooms are about the same size. And in the future, i would love a table that can fit my family, cousins, uncles, you name it. I love spending time with family.

Yeah I agree B! Every one of these homes had 4 floors and an elevator I feel is definitely needed!

Where do I even begin with this house? IT. IS. FREAKING. HUGE! And somehow all of the space has been used to perfectly accommodate everything that a big family would need in a house! I'm a huge nag when it comes to OCD as well, so seeing how symmetrical all of the windows were (front and back) impresses me so much!
I would have loved to see inside the basement space and tower, but otherwise this was a brilliant tour once again! Wishing you and the family well, Timothy, and a Merry 1st of December! 🤩

I have built a lot of custom homes, each with very likable features, but this layout and floor plan is remarkably nice in a larger overall way.
👀 This is the most STUNNING house I’ve ever seen! 😍 It ticks ALL my boxes and some I didn’t even know I had. 😂 Now I gotta figure out how to come up with $2.5 million… 😅

I love the copper sinks and think they should be throughout the house. Other than the master bedroom, the bedrooms seemed small. And I hate seeing the tacky wire closet shelves in a multi-million dollar home; not enough storage space in the smaller bedrooms.
The stuff dreams are made of. Gorgeous home. There are certain aspects I'd love to glean from this home and cut the square footage down to about 1/4 of that. That would probably be the kitchen, master suite, and master bath lol.

I absolutely love the master suite, kitchen and laundry room. I was very disappointed in the small sizes of the other bedroom closets and the tiny pantry considering the total square footage of this house.
All the white trimming and White Walls is nice, but I more prefer the black trimming and the modern touch, with more earthy tones like wood and Stone, in my dream home.

this would make a great bed and breakfast,the pet shower you could also use to potty train your puppy🐕/kitten🐈or for them to use as a potty when they cant get outside 💩,its gia-gorgeous and well the money the furniture is gorgeouse 😍

The master bedroom alone is bigger than my whole house (just the room, not the closets or bathroom). I wouldn't mind a bigger house, but not that much bigger! Beautiful home though.

Now I need that home, only a few changes I would make to this. I would definitely change the bannisters on the landing as I'm scared of heights and I would love more of them sliding door in the first room you went into around the home as I'm not a fan of open plan. This is an amazing home

The tiles in the bathrooms in showers should be taking up to the ceiling!
Going to need to make many times the median salary in PA to get any of these houses. Last I looked it was $63,627 per year.
Some of your best videos are when you tour (Infinity homes) and I recommend if you haven't done it already putting Infinity homes in the title.

I was first introduced to this builder from their inception to the HGTV network with the 2020 Smart Home. It was from there I thought PERFECTION! Only Toll Brothers can compete with them! There are many designs and floors plans. I like The Austin personally. I need ALL THOSE LEVELS! I hope they branch out to other states. If this was in the Charlotte area or NW of Georgia I be a happy clam!

The house is amazing. The only thing I don’t like is when they put those cheap looking wire shelves in the smaller closets. Just use wood. It looks better.

This house is beautiful...don't get me started on the master bedroom and it's closet/bathroom... *_..BUT.._* Those two bedrooms with the jack-in-jill bathroom...their closets are so, so very tiny compared to the other bedroom and the master bedroom closet. It's almost like an afterthought.

That is pretty much my dream master suite setup- and the closet size: just right (... for me. Where's his? 🤣 jk. That closet's about as big as my entire bedroom!) Lovely dream home, lots of great touches and design choices.
