This house was amazing!!! The very last room contained my dream bathroom. I love the cathedral ceilings throughout the home, the media room was gorgeous and the kitchen was perfect. I love the rounded island in the kitchen as well.🌟
I love this home so much! Enough room for extended family and everyone can be comfortable in a truly elegant space. I would turn the current dining room into a music/library space and the current media room into a formal dining room. Just gorgeous!

One of the first things I thought was that that space cradled in the curve of the staircase, with the little table and ottomans/ stools would be a perfect place for a great big Christmas tree when the time came! Lots of great features and design elements in this one; a favorite for sure!
Isn't a Christmas tree for your family? Putting one in an entry hallway would only be to show off to guests, yes?? Certainly, you wouldn't expect your family to gather round the entry hallway's Christmas tree on Christmas morning would you??

The long table in the corridor btw the family room and the bedroom is most likely the children's homework area. The electric outlets high in the wall for electronics supports this idea.
I would use that media room as a pantry since this house didn't seem to have one.
It does have one it’s called the butlers pantry he showed it it’s off to the side of the kitchen

Is it just me, or is anyone else bothered by the fact that the showers don’t have built in niches for soap, shampoo, razor, etc? 🙋🏻♀️I see this in so many new builds and it’s mind blowing to me, especially when there are so many other details and extras….🤷🏻♀️

Beautiful home. Would have preferred windows/doors to the courtyard to follow the curved (barrel) shape of the ceiling in the kitchen. This would have tied in to the curve on the island as well.
That first little bedroom with a blue walls is charming
That is a lot of home stuffed into 4200 feet. It ends up looking very cramped. The doorways look super narrow, unless that's a trick of the camera lens somehow. And if 60% of your bedrooms are 'masters,' then the actual owner's bedroom loses quite a bit of its cachet, wouldn't you say? I'm being quite picky, but for almost a million.... I want it to look like it's WORTH almost a mil. Nice as it is, this doesn't. And I don't know why Mr. Livingston is so impressed with that "outdoor dining area." Millions of homes have patios that offer the same and with much more space; I just don't understand why this one is so special. To each his own, I guess.

I really like this house! Mom and Dad can stay on the first floor so they won't have to climb the stairs. I love the gathering area on the second floor! I am not a fan of the beams though! I love love this kitchen! I like this house!

Those rooms are too small. The media room couch can't even be across from the T.V. The hallways are super narrow, and all of those beams make me think the structure may not be the sturdiest.

It is a 4 bdroom home. very nice.
I kinda think this house is weird. Media room where you can’t see the TV. Bad storage in the butlers pantry. The vanity with no mirror. Main entertainment area upstairs. Way to many wine bottle storage where shelves should be. It just doesn’t seem that functional. It’s very visually appealing but just odd use of spaces.

Blue has been misused and abused. People use any blue off the Oops Paint shelf in every boys' bedroom, and it usually looks awful (almost as bad as Oops Paint Pink for girls' rooms). But when in the hands of a skilled designer, it is transporting.

Hey Timothy! This hm is GORGEOUS. Surprisingly, there was some basic things I would have expected to see. First, the design/colors seem to me to be french provincial. The ceilings are kind of a modified barrel type. It would have tickled me to see them completely rounded which you rarely see. I would have thought there would have been a pot filler in the kitchen. In the butlers pantry, I would have liked more open shelving for great storage. The master bath was something! I would have had a bench and perhaps a rain head shower put in as well. Over all, this hm is so well appointed. Love the french blue/white color scheme. Another great tour! Love to you and fam!❤
I would consider the loft area a kid space, rather than a space for guests.
The outside area off the kitchen is for al fresco dining.

Beautiful. The one thing missing I would want is a laundry room on the upper level.
I guess the half bath could be made into a laundy since all bedrooms have their own baths anyways. That's what I would do.

This house is insanely gorgeous. But the flow of the home is not cohesive and kind of confusing. There is just too much going on with the floor plan. It's a stunning home though.
