Know what I’d love to see? More ‘age in place’ single story homes. And I think they should be built with large indoor storage rooms so that you never have to go up into an attic. I love a good zero entry shower, too.
Agree!!
Would replace the tennis court with a pool though. Better for my arthritis.
Winnie Cooper is from the show The Wonder Years. She was played by Danica McKellar. Great show!
Gosh, that ADU space is an amazing size. Very nice.
Kelly* Kapowski
And Winnie Cooper was the girl on The Winder Years! All of us boys were in love with her back in early 90s hahahaha
You do you Timothy.., we love that you open all the doors and are tickled by the spice racks!!! We’re adding them into the home we’re building now in Richmond, Va. by a builder you’ve toured before.
Timothy you are so funny 😂 🤣😅
But I agree with you on the red color, but some of the other colors I did not care for either.
Nevertheless, I really love this home, and the last one you toured as well. These are some fantastic, gorgeous homes.
I like to visit the mountains and beach, but I wouldn’t want to live by them.
Tfs
OMG!!! You really hit it out in the ballpark this time, Timothy! I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the views throughout, the cabinets above the stove, the pantry, and the master bathroom with the tub. I also love the apartment, like in the basement area. I would use that sitting room as is, but I would put a hutch in there to display my doll collections on one side and put in some book shelves in to display my library of books. I do love the little office space in the master bedroom. On the 2nd floor, I would use that loft area for the kids' play area, I would display smaller book shelves for the kids. Down in the basement, I would leave as is. I love everything about this place. I also love the hardwood flooring throughout. ❤❤❤❤❤
Lol go on Sir, flex those spice racks cause I am just as obsessed 😊 I love your channel, your tours are the BEST! The best part of the experience is you are hysterically funny 🤭
Have you ever done a 55+ community? Might be fun to do Margaritaville Hilton Head in South Carolina. Even the amenities would be fun to see.
I'm a mountain and ocean person. That's why I live in the Sacramento valley, about 2-3 hours to the mountains and 2-3 hours to the ocean. The only thing is the ocean is too cold to swim in out here. I grew up during my teen years in Florida where the surf temperature was around 85°. In 1973 when I was stationed in Monterey I went to the beach on July 4th and was so excited. I took off my socks and shoes and walked into the ocean and promptly ran back out. I was never so insulted in my life! The surf temperature was around 55°! 😊😊😊
That ehas a amazing tour Timothy take care and god bless Best regards anja
The Rachel Green? That's a "Friend-ly" home. And I absolutely LOVE the red painted rooms!
Love the mountains. And what a great layout.
With the exception of the main kitchen layout and not enough cabinets I like the home.
Spice Racks are everything, it gives me life to see plenty of them
Put a island in the basement kitchen
I'd love to see you tour some homes in Saratoga Springs, NY. Theres a lot of beautiful homes up here, mainly because of the track season for horse races.
I think it is a great idea for the apartment in the basement. I would think young couples that can’t afford a home yet. Your elderly parents. I think in that case you need an elevator to the top floor. I agree with you. An island would be nice. I would think a deck outdoor area off the eating area. I am not sure about these modern farmhouse look. Something is missing. It’s so raw looking. Also the fireplace. What a perfect place for. Big stone fireplace, I just don’t like the look of sterility. Lacks character, but to each his own.
Oh my this one made me a little sea sick lol beautiful home! And great place for elderly parents or air b and b
Absolutely love everything about this home!
Love the house FYI: The small little tiles in the shower are called Penny Tiles. As in the coins. Color doesn’t matter. It’s the small size and shape that classifies them as Penny Tile. Always love your tours. Thank you.😊
Floors are incredible
Wow no insulation on the outside wal downstairs, brutal.
But nice layout and great looking home 🤣
Beautiful home 🏡
Toll Bros has some nice houses there as well.
EXCELENTE VÍDEO...ME ENCANTÓ 🥰
This house was nearly perfect!
Lovely home! Where’s the pot filler? No knee space either?
Winnie Cooper is from The Wonder Years.
I would like to see more homes with built in dog wash areas.
For over 7,000 sq I would think the en suite to be bigger 12:42
The blanket/throws are from a Utah company called Minky Couture. They are the softest blankets ever!!!
I Loved the show "The Wonder Years". Winnie Cooper was his main girl!😊
I mean, you have to have a Zack Morris model as well as a Parker Lewis model.
Anyone know what colour are these walls ?? Colour code?
OMG the materials, proportions and fenestration of the exterior of this home are all wrong. Tiny windows on huge stone sections of the home? Really? Those dormers are out of proportion and too close to each other. Those chunky wood columns that are thicker than the lintel just looks wrong.
That downstairs apartment is more than just an ADU. It's like this is an up/down duplex. The basement apartment is way more than a standard ADU. I suspect that this is intended for extended family.
Forgot to notice you have to do a 180 turn just to get to the garage
What color is the accent wall in the living room?
If you're referring to the darker color it's Iron Ore from Sherwin Williams
Winnie Cooper from The Wonder Years. Fred Savage love interest. 13:56
I would rather have a pool and zero carpet.
Hate the tiny windows and dormers. Also, the ceilings and the red make me claustrophobic. The layout is like a maze, I’d get lost. Otherwise, I love the kitchens and bathrooms and the area.
Toilet off the kitchen .. my pet hate !! Also very unimpressive entry .. the back of the stairs has never been my favourite view on entry .. Nice location though !
Not enough storage cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and the refrigerator is just too far away. Look at your cooking area and how far away the refrigerator is then the dining area from the refrigerator. You'll be needing your roller skates.
The entry way doesn't have a wow factor, facing the stairs that look like they are from an old house. Makes no sense for a 1.7 million dollar house. 💁♀️ The wall in the mud room should be removed to make the entry bigger..hall tree can go on opposite wall.
I don't like all the dark colors being used these days even on the outside. I also like white cabinets or light blue or green but not a fan of wood tone cabinets.
This house was not for me. I did not like the foyer, with "tunnels" leading to the up and down stairs, and another doorway to the right to the mudroom and garage. Nothing to see there, just blah. The kitchen was too small. It would have worked better incorporating the pantry into the kitchen, not making it a separate room. Where is the deck space for a BBQ? Why was there a step-down in the basement family room? The ADU unit was nice, but it looked like you had to enter the "office" to get to the laundry room! I would have eliminated the ADU's office, since it has two bedrooms already, and added that space to the other's family room. Not a fan of that red paint. I would have preferred a pool and larger deck to a pickle ball court.
2ND
I'm not impressed by the cabinets in this multi million dollar home....
Dude.. people don't hear you say where your at because their ears shut down once you start babbling. You even confussed yourself at the 1st powder room.
