When meeting someone new, I've stopped asking them what they do for a living. I now ask them what they do for fun, what hobbies they have, their next vacation.
I agree with this and raise my son to understand this... commit to yourself first; work on yourself from the INSIDE out. This is your life's work. Your relationship with your SELF. This type of realized person is better able to love his/her partner. The same thing applies to women; learn to see the value within your uniqueness, to love yourself rather than look to a relationship or partner etc. to fill that need
