AJ Usog family Dollar doesn't have a loss prevention Person in the store. They have cashier's Asst Mgr and store managers and sometimes a person who stocks but that guy was not loss prevention he was just a customer service aka cashier/stocker or an assistant manager and we are trained not to restrain theives nor chase them. That guy in the one video did break company policies
@@maryhicks9211 some high shrink stores do have security officers but they’re not allowed to carry guns. I asked that question recently. So actually there are loss prevention people. You can see security guards in some of the videos on TH-cam that people post
He assumes All Family Dollar customers are "exonomically challanged". I worked in a DG in an upper...upper middle class neighborhood and know two Family Dollars the same. They shop there for convenience not because the prices which in some cases higher than some supermarket chains And alot of off brands and low quality. Usually only one or two employees in stores and not enough hours and minimum wage! This guy is so out of touch as is all thise bargain stores with reality and treating employees and customers like human beings.
Just because you live/work in an upperclass neighborhood where there is a family doar doesn't mean there isnt others struggling and trying to live off 20 a week for food. Dont be dick . No one walks the same path as you
Well I honestly believe that this is a great show because I think that it is about time these C.E.O. of different companies see what there employees have to go through and not only at work but home. There has always been hard working employees that never get a thank you from there bosses and it's also a way for them too catch employees who don't need to be working at customer service job's.
The Family Dollar by my house should NOT be open! The store is always filthy and cluttered and for as many times as I have complained to corporate, nothing has been done. Not only is the store filthy but some of the aisles are so cramped that I cannot go down them with my mobility scooter. SOME, not all of the employees have foul mouths and bad attitudes. The manager is the worst of them all! She has conversations with other employees while she is waiting on customers. She, and a couple of other employees cuss openly around customers. I refuse to go there any more. There is a Family Dollar across town that I go to. I told the manager about the store. He said he has several customers that travel quite a way to come to his store because they also refuse to go to the other one. He has told his GM about the complaints but she refuses to believe him!
You know somebody buys $20 worth of food because of this episode he should have a deal where $0.07 isn't charged if people know this they'll come in and try to do it which means they're trying to get seven pennies as a deal for coming in it seems logic code a little fun and it's really not going to affect profits I bet
That's a good reason why those people shouldn't b working in our stores he fired the poor guy because he didn't be safe but the dumb guy didn't even give him any training what a racist
I think you should stop at all the stores it doesn't matter if they see your face or fake face I will tell you the fake face gives you only a little bit of information the face-to-face you can tell looking into their eyes and talking them with brains and heart all your employees are people your business family you need them more than they need you because they can go get another job you can't replace all your employees tomorrow

Dollar Tree is better than Family Dollar. Everything at Dollar Tree is actually a dollar! It would also be cheaper to go to Walmart in some cases!
