This guy didn't keep his promises at the end with the people anyways. He did this undercover boss thing just to praise himself and look good on camera. Shoppers World should be boycotted.
Well first of all he is the CEO… second of all he has a chain of stores…. He also can not visit each store everyday to make sure things are right, hence why he has district managers and store managers. When you run a business like his or even like target/Walmart, then you make a schedule to where you visit every single location that you own.
We used to have a Shoppers World nearby. It was so unorganized, sloppy, couldn't find anything, employees were rude, dirty etc. It was open for only a few years before it closed down.
He needs to fire his management at the store and district level. It's their responsibility to train the employees and to ensure all the computerized devices are functioning to specification. Those managers have totally failed to do their jobs.

Companies set policies. Then lower management make cuts on their own to raise profits to make themselves look better. Then it's get worse as it goes down the line. That why cooperate doesn't recognize it when they go into stores
They opened one in Parma, Ohio and it is horrible. I went in there black Friday (second day open) and it was empty. Every time I drive by there, there's only 1 car in the parking lot.
