When a person hates their job it's easier to assume the CEO is a jeark. There are heartless selfish people in all walks of life and caring people. And there would I say are the most people who are kind and care to point that it does not cost them much. Will all help someone out of our excess and fell good about it. I hate it... it's an indictment on our current human condition that the average human being must rely on some fantastical 1 in a 1,000,000,000 charity scenario in order to feel like they have any value, or can live comfortably for a small moment without a sense of want, while a tiny handful of others have enough for 1,000 generations to survive on. Man this made me happy, I’m a buss boy and I love my job, sure it’s not the best job. But to me, it’s everything I love the interactions with the guests (most are regulars) I had a different past life I was into drugs got in a lot of trouble and always thought I was to good for a real job. But being a buss boy is the best thing to happen to me, the guests remember my name the employees remember my name. I think so highly of the snooty pig in argyle tx. Thank you marge and Blake (the owners) I can say with certainty I love those two people they treat me like their son and not an employee. I get up in the mornings ready to see them, and the guests. I have a lot on my plate (I’m 21) and I’ve turned down job offers that pay slightly more (I make $12/hour) because the way they make me feel is priceless.

This is an ideal example of a CEO that understands the plight of his employees. He went beyond but he did so because he had a connection with him, saw that he was going to look after him and have fun with him during work. That's something that great co-workers do for one another.

This show has shown me that there's a ton of working men out there that have fallen so far with nobody to help them except themselves. They're lucky to have a boss that looks out for them when the world is against them. This shows how much men have to endure without any acknowledgement and they don't complain about it, they just do what they have to.
