    i really love her excitement.. the way she cheer us during workout.. i never forget "come on you can do this..." "make sure you count" "you do this everyday and you will ready for summer". thats what make me stick to workout. thank you Rebecca.

      Absolutely, and I usually hate ab workouts because it's the most difficult part for me, but Rebbeca made it fun!! I swear I looked at the clock and couldn't believe there was 1 minute left since I truly enjoyed it :)

    My husband is deployed right now and I've got 4 and a half months left to try to whip my body in to shape. Been doing these for about 2 months already seeing and feeling stronger. Thanks for the motivation definitely good deployment company!

    Been doing abs , lower abs , arm, hip dips, butt and chest and back workouts and all i can say Rebecca’s workouts are all working😍. Eating healthy food are the most important (like Rebecca said) if you want to achieve the body that you want. I already doing your workouts for year and it’s really awesome.I’m changing my lower abs workout for this. Thank you so much Rebecca😍

    I love your abs workout we really feel the burn as well! Plus, your energy is incredible we feel your energy and your energy motivates us. Inside of my body I feel that my abs are growing up. Its been 1 week that I'm doing your workout and I already see some differences thank you! I always like your videos. Its been 2 year that I'm doing workout but I see none differences.     My abdomen is on 🔥! Trying different workouts. Some are very hard but I do the modified. I am 66. Slow and it helps. That tee shirt or towel trick really helps as well. Now on to the cool down and yes I did the warm up..love you Rebecca!🔥😘

    I am a regular of your washboard abs so I tried this one for a change.Gosh the last 3 min were hard! This tells me how many little hidden muscle are still weak despite regular abs exercice. Thanks for waking those up.

    I love, love, love this! Your positive attitude during the workout makes me not think about how much my body burns and no matter how much I hate it during the workout, I always love how I feel after!! I'm not great with keeping a consistent workout schedule but when I do start working out, your videos are always the first ones I go to! You da best!

    This workout is amazing! Everyone please try it, your abs will burn! I have been following her video for three days at the gym and it does make you feel good and I am sure make abs appear! I do the whole video three times to get best results.

      Awesome Hannah! I love that time-dedication to fitness! A top tip would be that you should maybe do just the one video twice through and then add in another one of my ab videos. Slightly different moves will work different muscles and THAT is what will really get you results, but remember 80% is down to NUTRITION - so meeting your protein needs is crucial! 😃💪
