    OH MY GOD this workout is sooo great, I got my mum and my sis to do it with me for 2 weeks and the result were mind blowing!! My mum is starting to have abs and I have a flat stomach, YOURE THE BEST

    I've tried other people's workout videos, but I keep coming back to you. Thanks for the easy to follow workout and your voice is just so motivating. Whenever I am the verge of giving up you always say "no one is quitting in me now" and that always make my ass back to the track!

    I have been following your workouts for a years and damn I have abs all because of you.. Love your workouts. Thou It's a real struggle to deal with back pain and my jiggly fat thighs which never becomes skinny but you totally inspire me to never stop and keep going. You make it fun and keep the workouts fun. Loved this video and I CAN FEEL THE BURN REBECCA 💙💙💙💙💙❤❤❤❤

      popalex97 what workouts did you do to get your abs? Are they the workout videos she posts? Everyone is talking about the calendar and I tried to check it out but it seems you have to pay and I don't have any money 😂

      I love cats yes they are the workouts she post. I didn't just happend it took a long long time and consistency. Even I don't have her calendar because you have to pay for it and even I can't afford it 😂 But I take proteins in every meal and have breakfast filled with proteins. I only eat clear no junk no drinks. Only water and frequent meals.

    I started doing one of your ab workouts every day after the gym or yoga in the run-up to my holiday...then I did one everyday whilst on holiday and I'm officially addicted. Your videos are amazing!

    Wow I love this workout. I've done one other before and they ha d 10 second breaks in between so then you couldn't feel the burn
    I'm young and love it

    Im going to do this everyday and keep everyone updated.
    -
    - Day 1: this first time was a bit hard for me, I had to pause for a second once during the video. But I do #feeltheburn :)
    -
    - Day 2: I did it twice today. Once in the morning, and once in the night. I don't really notice a big difference in my stomach yet, but it is a bit more toned than usual tonight. Also the exercise was actually a bit easier to do, and I didn't have to pause the workout once.
    -
    - Day 3: I know Rebecca said to take a break but my family insisted on getting pizza so I wanted to do this 😂. I only did it once but I noticed that many of the exercises got annoy easier! Along with healthier eating I can see a bit of Abbs peaking thru 😄
    -
    - Day five: i decided not to do this today bc Rebacca said to take a break from it. Instead I tried out the ten minute calorie burner from XHIT. It was really hard and I sweat a lot. MY Abbs are starting to peak thru. I am also going to try and eat a bit healthier.
    - guyss so I have been doing this along with other workouts.. and I have ABSS !! Yayyyaa

      You'll do great! It's best to switch up your exercises and give the abs a rest day :)

      Ola B it took about 7months. At the beginning I worked out for 30min, then up to 2hours,6 times in a week. But that's extreme. Now I work out for an hour and I do different body parts at different days. ( abs and arms / legs and butt) and I add some weights. My favorites are: arm workout with weights, abs intense, 6pack abs and how to lose love handles, miley cyrus leg workout, lift and tone your butt, booty burn, hiit workout...and many more😵👍🏻but you should eat clean as well. Good luck. You can do it😊💪🏻

I began this 5 years ago and have never missed one of my protein smoothies in the morning - and it's NOT a diet, it's a lifestyle: you just have to eat the right portions and also focus on protein.     Hi! I'll update every day and if I don't I am sorry just reply to my comment to it reminds me to update again!
    Day 1: I just did it GREAT workout very intense but I loved it!

    Day 4: I skipped one day because I was busy but I have done this for 3 days! and I love it!! Still haven't seen results though but I am going to keep going!
    Day 5: I do 3 ab workouts and this is definitely the second most intense one!

    Hello Rebecca. I did a 1000 abs challenge yesterday from another channel but still didn't feel much of a burn or even sore muscles afterwards. I realised my ab muscles have become more efficient and need higher intensity workout, when you dropped this absolutely amazing video! I definitely felt the burn! #icanfeeltheburnrebecca you taught me quality over quantity, always. I love you and am trying to share about your channel as much as I can😊

    Your workout videos have helped me so much especially since they're so inspirational and motivational! Now the only thing I need help with now is exercises for a tone under arm(armpit) because I'm one of the many with that stubborn triangle of fat right in front of my armpit!     Hi Rebecca, I just wanted to ask why my abs don't hurt after these exercises in the morning, no matter how intense it it and how much workouts I do I never feel sore. Do you know why?

    Im doing intermittent fasting and workout 5 times a week, with doing abs everyday. I will not loose hope, but I feel I loose other areas so well but the belly is like stuck there like a dough.

      It can be, yes. So make sure you're mastering your form, then master your breathing and you'll be a true expert Ella! ❤️ Are you exhaling through your mouth on the upward crunch? That's a great way to engage your abs 😃
