Im looking for a house to purchase in shelbyville, so far the houses ive looked at dont seem to have high speed internet available. I might need to find a new realtor
Interesting, I haven’t had that issue with homes I’ve toured or sold here not having Internet. FCC map can show Internet availability of any address before you drive out there. Best of luck!!
I'm in the process of of buying a house in Tennessee through joint ownership and I live in another state. Is it mandatory that I be in person on closing day? My partner will be there for closing but I will not be able to make it. Will I be able to sign my papers at a later date? Thank you.
Congrats on your move! You’ll want to contact your title company to see how they can arrange your closing. Typically both signers need to sign at the same time, together, or else your partner can sign for you with a power of attorney.

No thank you. The fact that horses are still sored with no regard for the immense cruelty this inflicts on these unfortunate animals is unacceptable. Do not recommend this town.
