- Spider Man Remastered tested on the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 at the 1920x1080, 2560x1440 and 3840x2160 resolutions, using the Very High settings! I also tested DLSS at every resolution as well as ray tracing at 1080p.

Can I run it at 4k 60fps in HDD storage
I use LG OLED 65 inch display tv as screen since it is basically connected to my pc
So it can handle anything you throw at it HDR ,ray tracing ,4k or 8k visuals

I'm super excited for next gen Nividia GPU's to come out for the reason you stated, ray tracing performs a whole lot better on newer cards because the ray tracing technology is better plus the 4000 series will just performs better in general

Yeah! I thought it was gimmicky at first but then I loved it when I first tried it! There are a few games where it looks bad (GOW comes to mind) but this is definitely not one of them :)

This card has finally hit prices in the upper 2 hundreds now. Pretty good features and 1080p gaming without destroying bank accounts and childhood dreams. I like it.

@@shafin3520 if the OP's aiming for ray-tracing, I think 3050 is the better choice here. (Or maybe 2060, but with lower memory and 1st gen RT-cores)
@@philipdarmawan6252 3050 won't be able to do much ray tracing in the first place but I think a 6600xt might even beat it in that so a 2060/6600 will be a far better choice

I play at 1440p with a 3700X and 3080ti at very high but the GPU usage is very low at times. Theres a big random CPU bottleneck at times which causes some low FPS.

A big problem that I'm seeing and I hope they fix is that the ray tracing reflection even on very high seems to be very bad like there is a few ghosting effects and in some building made of glass it looks really bad
This city reminds me of the city from the game "Prototype"...

The video was great, I own a 3050 right now, wanna know would you recommend a i5-10400f/10400 or i3 12100 to pair with 3050? Pricing of both is close enough here in my country, i5 cost (174$) and i3 (155$) total cost both is almost equal, I mean 12 gen have pcie 5 support and other improvements but my purpose is just editing and gaming, thank you for the videos, cheers!
i5 would be the better option for editing and gaming due to more cores. If you were just gaming the i3 would be great too

In my opinion, get the i3 12100 because the multicore performance is the same, maybe 5% better than the i5, but most importantly, the single core of the i3 is substantially better than the i5's, 45% to 50%.... plus you will have a potential upgrade in the future with Raptor Lake... it's better in every way...

i wanna see if the amd cards can handle ray tracing or not because typically in a lot of games it isn't worth it to enable rtx on an amd card as the performance hit is much larger than nvidia.

I think best settings for this card is to use digital foundry settings + dlss quality 1440p + high ray tracing. And finnaly set your monitor to 50hz and enable v-sync
Better to play at 1080p with a **50 card

impressive FPS for 1080 in very high setting but screen tearing is so noticable

I don't understand. I have an RTX 2070 Super and i get 50-60 fps (1080p, low-medium settings). What could be wrong? It's not overheating, drivers up to date too.

3050 beating the 2060 at RT will be down to VRAM running out on the 2060.
i was wondering why my 3050 is overheating like reaching high 70's and low 80's but u have the same problem i guess since i have the same model but oc and i think it's because this model has 1 copper heat pipe which is not enough to cool it properly don't know why gigabyte did this when u can find 4 copper heat pipes on the eagle 3060
The perfect game for DLSS, sharp af. I believe even the 3050 can use better RT than PS5 but of course Console Aim for locked 30/40/60 so they leave a lot of performance on the table for consistency. waiting to see how AMD cards gets slammed with RT 😳

Hey i commented about it in your previous vid but you didn't see it, you forgot to put antisotropic filtering to 16x, it's set by default to 8x
