I've squatted 480 raw in competition and do know how to fight and would never use that as an excuse. Some 42 year old manlet who doesn't even train isn't going to just kick someone and break a bone. Being able to produce huge amounts of force against a stationary target when you have all the time in the world to set up is one thing, kicking a moving target who is trying to hit you back is another.
To be fair channeling to a MMA fight is just stupid. This is 2 fitness/lifting channels, it would make sense to make dick competition via total lifts. It's strange that VG while being heavier and younger than Blaha didn't argue that Blaha is actually stronger than him.
