i used to not particularly like this channel in the old days, when you'd do the worst of the fitness industry videos and just come across as angry or hostile all the time, but i gotta admit that i've been enjoying your videos lately. The tufano feud is entertaining as hell and your new composed demeanor and humor is doing a much bigger service for your message. you've become the bridge (or one of them at least) between the rational public and veganism, as you don't ascribe to the intersectionality ideology and mob mentality that turns people off. best of luck to you man, you've been killing it lately

I find it strange that Frank, being so insecure, would seem to be so indifferent when making that video. You'd think that he'd be either stressed out, or very excited, but seems neither, which tells me it was a set up. The story of a girl who's a lifelong vegan and starts eating fish just because a random guy she met asks her to is just way to woo woo to actually believe. No idea what he was thinking, but thinking isn't his strong suit lately.

Regardless, if breastmilk is 'vegan' or not it's an animal milk that is detrimental in early years as you've said and yes, if unavailable another animal milk is important (or synthetic nutrients along with animal protein which I believe is the closest vegan formula there is.)
