Re the Sun apart from taking vitamin D, could you have some strategically placed mirrors to reflect sunlight onto your bed? Or rearrange your room (not yourself obviously) so that your bed is by the window?
Some possible ways to manage weight. Eat small portions, if left hungry wait at least 2-3 hours for next meal. GI tract plus adnexes is slow. Monitor urine color, darker and foam can tell muscle loss or too large amino acid intake denitrifation outcomes. Wear little too much, if sweaty at once starting activities, you eat to gain weight. If hot at idle activity, gaining weight. Surplus muscle with no demand, what could be the reasonable reason?
Good day Dr. I tried your 1 litre warm water, lemon and himalaya salt yesterday. I laid down and gave my tummy a good good massage. I was home all day. What came out of me was a REAL SHOCK. I drink on average of 2 1/2 gallons of water every 24 hours. Physically work at least 10 hours a day. I don't drink beer or soda, don't smoke. I eat once a day, usua lot healthy meals that I myself prepare. I never loose a gram. I'd like to drop 30 lbs but nothing works
What are you eating in that one meal a day? 🙄😳🤪You can't be eating hamburgers, french fries ,Pizza ,fried Chicken, ribs, lasagna, candy, cookies, cake pie etc. If you are serious about losing weight it is not how much you eat but what and when you eat! 🤔You must lower your total fat to around 30 g a day and increase your protein such as broiled or barbecued chicken breast, several eggs, cabbage, broccoli, salads, sauerkraut, slaw, yogurt, whole grains, reduced fat milk and so on. You should be able to eat two meals a day and easily lose weight. By the way, what time are you eating? I never eat late meals. Whenever possible, I prefer to eat around 5:00 and no later than 6:00. (After a month or two, I can reward myself by eating what I really crave like pizza, lasagna, hamburgers, ice cream but but only once during that day.) Once you start eating healthy, you'll look and feel so much better you really won't miss your unhealthy cravings!🤗
Cut you water in take off a couple hours or so before your bed time…that should help. I typically go to bed around 11 and don’t drink anymore after 8:00-8:30. This really helped me. Just like when I was a kid…we had a cut off time to prevent bed wetting. I’m able to sleep through the night.
I really wish this guy could be my family's doctor. Every other doctor in my area would just prescribe me a 💊 to lose weight... they would never tell me to drink a glass of water. My husband has been telling me this for years. I'm going to try it.
My sister in law started making herself drink 10 bottles of water a day and the weight began to just fall off of her almost immediately. I didn't see her in person for a couple of weeks, and then the next time I saw her it looked like she'd borrowed someone else's clothes because they'd gotten way too big for her.
i have such a craving for fruit. especially watermelon. some days i eat an entire, large size watermelon. i have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. some days i don't even eat much of anything else. i know that fruit obviously has sugar. but is it ok? obviously watermelon also has water in it.

Get a Fat Bicycle 🚲 Bike 20 Miles a day 4-5 days a week. Work up to an avg 13-15 MPH. You will loose 30 lbs in a few months. This is how I lost it 👍🏻
