Guys, I started using this recipe on Monday (today is Saturday) - I just don't add the black pepper. At night I drink the dandelion tea recipe found here on Dr.'s Mandell channel. I do weight training 3 times a week and I'm following my nutritionist's eating plan (I eat every 3 hours). On Monday, I was 70.8 kg. Today, Saturday, I weigh 69.2 kg (I'm 166 cm). I'm so happy!! I'll keep the momentum going! (Edit: 2nd week - Saturday: 68.8kg 3rd week - Saturday: 68,7kg) Update: During all this time I was on a plateau because, although I didn't stop going to the gym and drinking Dr. Mandell's tea, I didn't maintain the right diet. Now that I'm eating properly again, my weight has dropped to 67.8kg. Update: 66,8kg 😉
Thank you for sharing! I mixed it up a little instead of eating every three hours. I only have a three hour eating window every day. Now, I have an appetite that is only hungry one time a day I went from 220 pounds to 170 lbs Just by eating in an eating “window” rather than chewing all day long.
DOC I used your recipe with lemon, and vinegar with mother's, and ground flax seeds every other day with seeds and lost over 50 pounds went from pants 40 down to 36 in waist. Thank you. @@almaburns6562 no I did other video drink he has lemon , apple cider vinegar with mother in it, and ground flax seed in it tablespoon every other day. lemon and vinegar every morning 30 minutes before ate breakfast lite breakfast . And cut soda pop out completely had to starting to be diabetic. Feet was swelling up bad hurting, it's been about 10 months now . Still don't drink soda unless zero sugar not diet, zero sugar and only clear one at that Carmel coloring and flavor has sugars and make my feet swell. Had to unlace my shoes to put in sometimes. Not no more been few months since my feet has swelled. It works other 5jan 5hat I didn't do much different. Was t in any meds for diabetes and didn't exercise more really I don't exercise enough. But it worked for me. Hope It Works for you if you plan on trying it or if even needing to. Good luck.

I squeeze half a lemon and 2 tablespoons spoons of Braggs Apple cider vinegar with mother in it and a tablespoon of spoon of chia seeds and a tablespoon of spoon of flax seeds and a teaspoon of spoon of Moringa oleifera leaf powder in warm water 12oz. And in just under 2 months with doing nothing else guys I’ve lost 38lbs
@@Scott-cy6zv I use lemon juice now , works and easier to do. Fix it up like a double shot and bottom ups. Drink a few big drinks of water before I take it then chase it with rest of the water. I found it's easier to drink like that. Than taking 12- 16 oz water mixture. One gulp and it's gone chase it with plain water. Lot better for me . I couldn't believe it works. It does. I believe in this here doc. Good luck on ur journey .
I’ve been drinking this for 4 days and honestly feel like my belly fat is melting. I am pretty surprised actually. I use organic coconut water instead of water and the drink is a delicious elixir in the morning. Thank you Motivational Doc for all you have gifted us!
Dr Mandell I have started using chia seeds after listening to a previous talk of yours. I have started adding a spoonful to natural fat free yoghurt and leaving in a container overnight in the refrigerator. The next day the seeds have swollen to 2 or 3 times their size and after stirring the yoghurt and seeds I add a little honey or sugar free sweetner then after stirring I add a couple of spoonfuls to the top of my breakfast cereals or porridge. I feel fuller for longer plus I know that the chia seeds are good for my health too...... A spoonful to top off chopped fruit is also a lovely way to start the day.....or a different dessert to fulfill my sweet tooth and keep me feeling satiated.... I look forward to trying your recommendation to use the chia seeds in another way..... ❤ to you Dr Mandell for all the great advice you give to us all.... Thankyou 😊

@@lissettelopez3013 It’s a type of bowl 🥣 and you use a hand tool that goes with it to crush or blend stuff by hand. People crush seeds, spices, garlic, etc this way. In Spanish a molcajete is the same thing and made from volcanic rock. Sometimes you see it at restaurants when they make guacamole for people at their table.
I just had my first cup. Not a fan of honey, so I omitted the sweetener. The combination of cinnamon and lemon juice with a hint of black pepper is amazing! I used warm water and just before drinking i used a frother for a few seconds to break up the smaller clumps. It was an eye opening, delicious wake up drink! I'm so excited to drink this every day!

@@lovemoves3312 it’s Braggs Apple Cider. The mother still has the tiny bits in the bottom of it because it’s not been altered in anyway. It’s in its true form of the vinegar so you get the benefits for your stomach as it’s a pre/probiotic (sorry I forget which one it is).
I always watch de. Mandel. He helps my mother alot. What's said is her doctor rather give her prescriptions. They never tell you about these options instead. I'm talking about all his videos. I rather go natural. No prescriptions.

Thank you dr Mandell, I am currently on a weight loss journey and I will give this a go to boost my metabolism! I’ve lost 67lbs so far and I still have 66lbs to lose but it’s slowed right down recently. I will try this elixir over the next couple of weeks to see if it helps boost my weight loss!! ❤ **edit added** I’ve been taking this elixir 20 mins before I break my fast for the last week. I do these in ice blocks. Then in the morning I popped a iced cube into a mug and top it up with boiling water. Perfect temperature. Helps with bloating, not sure about weight loss.😊
I let the mixture sit in the ice tray for about 15 minutes before popping them in the freezer. They also do its thing when you add the boiling water and let it sit for a few minutes. I hope that helps.
Chia is an excellent superfood. You can put it in hot water to release it’s benefits and gets bigger easily in a few minutes. It lowers Blood pressure, also has vegetable omega 3. Thank you very much Dr. Mandell, excellent videos always!!!

@@usmom1113 Hypothyroidism is the absolute worse! I hope this helps you too. Ok so this is what I did: Of course, consume this drink in the morning on an empty stomach. I got a glass cup (about the size of a coffee mug) and filled it with water. I added 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (instead of the recommended 1 tablespoons). Then I added all of the other ingredients minus the honey; because I’m trying to avoid sugar due to my medical condition. Then I just continued to periodically stir the drink until the chia seeds were fully expanded and soft and then I let the drink sit for about 15 minutes, and then I gulped it all down! Next thing you know, I was tryna clean everything in my house, lol. Good Luck ❤

I have been doing the hibiscus tea and the dandelion root mixture. I have noticed a difference in my blood pressure. Now if i can lose the weight from taking steroids from my hospital stay from acute asthma, I'll be really happy. Thank you Doc😊
@outwest7700 , right now, my blood pressure was ranging from this year, august 2023 163/77 to Sept 2023 132/64 this is good. I also take BP meds. The mix that Dr. Mandell describes dandelion leaf and root with a swirl of raw honey and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. So I do this most nights for me. Go into Doc's video history. You should be able to find the other tinctures. The hibiscus I drink every other day, plus lots of water. Now I'm sixty-six. I dont exercise. I am retired, so I chill most of the time, garden, clean my apartment I share with my daughter and grandson. My focus is to get the weight off from the steroids I took for my acute asthma. Black pepper also activates the curcumin in turmeric. Always good to add Turmeric when you add black pepper to a health drink. But it changes the taste of everything … you gotta be in the mood for it.
I just bought all the items mentioned and as of tomorrow morning I will start this and keep everyone posted. I’m not a doubting Thomas but I’ll be honest. Hi Cindy, as a matter of fact I couldn’t see the difference, until my sisters asked me if I was on a diet, and so did my colleagues they said my stomach seem a little smaller. I had this skirt I bought about 6 months could not get on let alone zip up and it did both. To be honest I don’t think it the chia seeds alone I am doing some other stuff Dr Mandela has mentioned and overall I wishing my self a lot better and healthier. You never see results yourself but it’s working. I’m on statins which gives me hell. BP tablets hard ton control my blood pressure, but I believe with these healthier way of living and following Dr Mandela I’m on the way to a longer and healthier life. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I drink chia seed for years and I just put it in my water bottle and add water after I shake it add ice that’s my breakfast. I feel younger I have energy I can stay all day long with no hunger. It doesn’t have any taste that’s why I like it.

Best way to have this concoction is soak chia seeds, heat two cups of water, add stick of cinnamon, few crushed peppercorns, small peice of ginger, boil then and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Let water reduce to almost half. In a cup add soaked chia seeds, honey and lemon juice. Sieve the concoction and add it to the cup. Ancient Indian recipe to build immunity and of course digestion.

I substitute with cayenne pepper because cayenne pepper is a lot better for your stomach, and it’s good for your arteries. People are given red pepper when having a heart attack, instead of aspirin, because aspirin has it’s own problems.

Awesome, I love it... The problem with over eating isn't about how you feel it's more about the emotions behind the food. Obesity has nothing to do with how full a person is. It's something causing a person to over eat. It could be comfor, it could be for companionship or emotional. I know this because I deal with it every day. Starting when I was a baby. We have to get to the root of the problem. A little testimony, even when I'm full, I still wanted to eat. It was like I didn't have an off and on switch. What I did was pray and fight my urges. I made chia seed as a delicious drink that is refreshing in summer, about a pint of water I add like 1/4 cup chia seeds let it rest for 30 minutes or until it swells up add lemon juice and sweetener of your choice ice and you have a delicious drink.
Ok I tried this today and I am a big fan already. I am doing intermitting fasting cuz I wanna loose weight so I broke my fast with this drink and it was amazing. I had a verry lazy day and I just was so tired all day but it really gave me some energy and made my stomach more full. Also the rest of the day I wasn’t craving anything.. I could do my things just normally and I had only eaten 3 cooked eggs over the day thats it. Later I ate little bit of dinner but healthy dinner lots of veggies and I feel verry good now. I leave. My chia seeds in a jar in the fridge , I’ve been doing this for a while . It has help my Gut by going to the bathroom more often which is great as a woman I’ve always had a problem with going to the bathroom but this had helped tremendously, just chia seeds in water ! I’m 64 and have had a tummy since menopause , they haven’t helped to much in that area yet ! I need to eat more fiber & protein I know .

I went on a diet exactly where increasing metabolism helps loosing fat. I did 40days and lost 6kg. Best to boost metabolism ❤

I always watch de. Mandel. He helps my mother alot. What's said is her doctor rather give her prescriptions. They never tell you about these options instead. I'm talking about all his videos. I rather go natural. No prescriptions.
My heart rate goes down, just listening to Dr Mandell. I put these ingredients in a blueberry smoothie also. Tastes great😊

I do these in ice blocks. Then in the morning I popped a iced cube into a mug and top it up with boiling water.
Perfect temperature. Helps with bloating, not sure about weight loss.😊

Question do you presoak the chia seeds?
I let the mixture sit in the ice tray for about 15 minutes before popping them in the freezer.
They also do its thing when you add the boiling water and let it sit for a few minutes.

Chia is an excellent superfood. You can put it in hot water to release it’s benefits and gets bigger easily in a few minutes. It lowers Blood pressure, also has vegetable omega 3. Thank you very much Dr. Mandell, excellent videos always!!!

I have been struggling with energy and weightloss due to hypothyroidism & pcos.

Ok so this is what I did:
Of course, consume this drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
I got a glass cup (about the size of a coffee mug) and filled it with water.
I added 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (instead of the recommended 1 tablespoons). Then I added all of the other ingredients minus the honey; because I’m trying to avoid sugar due to my medical condition.
Then I just continued to periodically stir the drink until the chia seeds were fully expanded and soft and then I let the drink sit for about 15 minutes, and then I gulped it all down!
Next thing you know, I was tryna clean everything in my house, lol.

@@lozetriley6955I am so thankful to Dr. Mandell, the results from just 1 use is crazy! I’ve tried everything to boost my energy; coffee, tea, b12, red meat. Nothing has given me a clean steady boost of energy like this drink did. I normally have to take several naps a day, now I fall asleep when everyone else does without the need of a nap.
I will have to come back and post at a later time regarding weight/fat loss that would be the icing on the cake!

I have HP, my father-in-law told me to purchase: Celery Seeds, Fenugreek seeds and L-Arginine pills. It works.
@outwest7700 , right now, my blood pressure was ranging from this year, august 2023 163/77 to Sept 2023 132/64 this is good. I also take BP meds. The mix that Dr. Mandell describes dandelion leaf and root with a swirl of raw honey and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. So I do this most nights for me. Go into Doc's video history. You should be able to find the other tinctures. The hibiscus I drink every other day, plus lots of water. Now I'm sixty-six. I dont exercise. I am retired, so I chill most of the time, garden, clean my apartment I share with my daughter and grandson. My focus is to get the weight off from the steroids I took for my acute asthma. Black pepper also activates the curcumin in turmeric. Always good to add Turmeric when you add black pepper to a health drink. But it changes the taste of everything … you gotta be in the mood for it.
I just bought all the items mentioned and as of tomorrow morning I will start this and keep everyone posted. I’m not a doubting Thomas but I’ll be honest. I have tried the chewing of the Fennel seed my first week and I can see the difference with my blood pressure. Struggle to keep it in control and this has been heaven. Thank you Dr Mandell. Do you have to soak the Chia seed first?
Just put it in warm water as Dr Mandela states it will swell in a few minutes. Important to drink plenty water also.

Hi Cindy, as a matter of fact I couldn’t see the difference, until my sisters asked me if I was on a diet, and so did my colleagues they said my stomach seem a little smaller. I had this skirt I bought about 6 months could not get on let alone zip up and it did both. To be honest I don’t think it the chia seeds alone I am doing some other stuff Dr Mandela has mentioned and overall I wishing my self a lot better and healthier. You never see results yourself but it’s working. I’m on statins which gives me hell. BP tablets hard ton control my blood pressure, but I believe with these healthier way of living and following Dr Mandela I’m on the way to a longer and healthier life. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I drink chia seed for years and I just put it in my water bottle and add water after I shake it add ice that’s my breakfast. I feel younger I have energy I can stay all day long with no hunger. It doesn’t have any taste that’s why I like it.

Best way to have this concoction is soak chia seeds, heat two cups of water, add stick of cinnamon, few crushed peppercorns, small peice of ginger, boil then and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Let water reduce to almost half. In a cup add soaked chia seeds, honey and lemon juice. Sieve the concoction and add it to the cup. Ancient Indian recipe to build immunity and of course digestion.

The problem with over eating isn't about how you feel it's more about the emotions behind the food. Obesity has nothing to do with how full a person is. It's something causing a person to over eat. It could be comfor, it could be for companionship or emotional. I know this because I deal with it every day. Starting when I was a baby. We have to get to the root of the problem. A little testimony, even when I'm full, I still wanted to eat. It was like I didn't have an off and on switch. What I did was pray and fight my urges. Sometimes I win, and sometimes I don't, but I get back up and try again. ❤❤❤

I made chia seed as a delicious drink that is refreshing in summer, about a pint of water I add like 1/4 cup chia seeds let it rest for 30 minutes or until it swells up add lemon juice and sweetener of your choice ice and you have a delicious drink.
Ok I tried this today and I am a big fan already. I am doing intermitting fasting cuz I wanna loose weight so I broke my fast with this drink and it was amazing. I had a verry lazy day and I just was so tired all day but it really gave me some energy and made my stomach more full.
Also the rest of the day I wasn’t craving anything.. I could do my things just normally and I had only eaten 3 cooked eggs over the day thats it. Later I ate little bit of dinner but healthy dinner lots of veggies and I feel verry good now.
