Too much Coumarin from regular cinnamon can cause health problems for some, but Ceylon cinnamon will not
1 teaspoon daily of regular cinnamon can do damage in one week in some people, but they can take Ceylon and be just fine
You can delete this if you wish but please watch this video I found for you
      th-cam.com/video/JXV_7t5wphc/w-d-xo.html
You can just edit your voice in saying Ceylon cinnamon only for regular daily use as the coumarin is .005% and regular cinnamon is .5%.... For example
Please add this or add a disclaimer telling them Ceylon only and again I understand if you wish to delete
I've been using cinnamon and honey for arthritis but can't afford it anymore
      Much Love and God Bless

I don't know where to write my comment because I've watched so many of your videos. You gave me hope for better health. Just a month ago, I was in severe pain in my gallbladder, liver, and stomach. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with fatty liver, and this time I thought this is it, my liver has finally given up. I stopped eating sugar and then followed your recommendations, including this one with black tea and green tea. It's been a month. My pain is gone, and just got the results of an ultrasound - THEY FOUND NOTHING REMARKABLE ABOUT MY ABDOMEN. I was shocked I asked about fatty liver, and the doctor said no fatty liver. I want to cry. Day by day I add new things to my diet based on your recommendations. Thank you, doctor! If I could, I'd give you a big hug!

In my opinion, the powerful medical establishment including Federal Government and Big Pharma make more money keeping people sick than helping people to be healthy. Little income from a healthy population. I believe, ultimately each of us is responsible before our Creator God for our own healthcare. Thankfully there are an increasing number of very good U tube practitioners, MDs and chiropractors, including Dr Mandel, who have studied or done for themselves, the research to validate a healthy lifestyle. Also, again my opinion, many doctors are just too busy to be educated in human nutrition, a course rarely offered in medical schools.

Just a short comment on this recipe. If you can boil the water and steep the black tea first, then let it cool down before putting the green tea bag and honey in you will not kill the positive benefits of the delicate green tea, nor the good enzymes in the honey by using both with boiling water..
Also, not sure if studies for the cinnamon were done on Cassia or Ceylon types of cinnamons as far as the blood sugar benefits go, but from what I read most of the cinnamon that we get in the USA is Cassia, Ceylon being from Sri Lanka and due to trade routes, we typically do not get that cinnamon in the USA. The problem with using regular quantities of Cassia cinnamon is I understand that it can be toxic to the kidneys. Ceylon Cinnamon is the much better choice, IF it carries the same blood sugar benefits as "motivational doc" describes in this video (and the reason why I've taken it for years).

Although I still eat some fatty foods here and there, they at least have some nutritional value to them as soda does not. Soda contains what is called empty calories. Then on one occasion when you try to add 1 sugar it will taste super sweet; then you realise how much you used to have and relied on. Sugar turns to fat.

I’m 68 (female) and had the same problem (for thirty plus years) so decided to go low carb. After four months I noticed great improvements in energy, strength, stamina and my belly fat had decreased a lot. No bread, sweet foods, rice, potatoes, pasta. No fruit except for berries, lemons and limes. I eat full fat dairy, eggs, avocados, lots of fresh veggies, especially green leafy veggies, olive oil, some canned fish, lentils, beans, chick peas and nuts. It’s important to read labels as there are hundreds of names for sugar and best to avoid processed food altogether including sauces and dressings. Also best to avoid sugar substitutes as they do have an effect on insulin and end up making you hungry. If I’m craving carbs I make savoury flatbreads with almond flour or savoury pancakes with coconut flour. Plenty of good recipes on TH-cam. Be strict, be patient and it will happen for you too. Good luck!

I lost 2 inches on my waist in a week. With 1 hr a of cardio mix of 30 sec jog and incline walking. I just made a pitcher 5 bags of both and 3 lemons squeezed in. And this tea and water are my only drinks. Actually 4days just saw my last comment. Best of 🤞

After b;pwong up over the 2-year lockdown period one of the switches in my diet that I made was switching from coffee to black tea. I dropped about 30lbs in the first two months at which point I hit a wall. I'd also begun walking every day, though do to a back injury I did not know I had until I went from _in-shape_ to obese, I could not even walk a city block without stopping a dozen times to stretch/decompress my back.
Eventually that half a block turned into a block, which turned into a mile with a back brace, which turned to two, and now sometimes goes as high as 5 miles if I have the evening free and my pup is up to it. I also started brewing 54oz of tea with 2-3 black tea bags and 2-3 green tea bags, along with doing numerous types of high rep pushup variations, planks and body weight squats. After roughly 1 week of switching up my beverages, as the workout change was probably a month or so before which had me completely baffled as to why I was not losing more weight, it finally started to come off again. Granted, I also started OMAD with *ZERO* restrictions on food, I just would not eat between waking up and 8pm. I let myself snack until midnight, though it is rarely more than a piece of watermelon or honeydew on a toothpick. If for some odd reason I get that crazy hollow nausea feeling during the day I just have a couple spoons of jello and a few gulps of tea and I'm good. This is typically in my head since I only get that feeling when I am trying to find something to do; ei if I am busy, it does not happen.
Like I said, about a week or so in and the weight started falling off again, with another 11lbs in 3 weeks. The *only* difference in the beverage I am drinking is the lack of lemon juice. I keep telling myself I am going to get some and keep forgetting. I also made a point to add at least a few dashes of cayenne pepper to something I eat or drink daily. Not always a 1/4 teaspoon, but enough for my body to know it's there.
So, it, along with a few other things are working well for me, and I should be at my goal weight by the middle of the Summer. Unfortunately I carry 90% of my excess flab around my stomach and love handles. My arms, legs from the mid quad down, even my face, always thin out far, far more quickly than my belly. Lol, I've even had a 33" waist at 5'11" (so 32" Jeans bc I guess clothing manufacturers want us to feel better about ourselves ;^), been under 15% bf with tank measurements, and still had love handles. It is absolutely absurd how my body decided to store fat. Tuckus will be flat as a board, deep striation down the middle of my stomach, and those love handles don't go away completely until I am at around 7.5% BF. I can't see myself maintaining that long term, so I'll just shoot for 185lbs and accept that I'll have those ugly buggers regardless. I do know that if if I try to diet _forever_ I'll just put the weight back on, or a good portion of it at least, so I prefer sticking with something manageable once I hit my target. Maybe even go back to the gym again. Yikes did my gym closing for 25 months help me slide backwards. Never again I tell ya, hence why I am trying to drop all this weight using things I have at home. Whether that be the exercise or food, though now that my back is in far better shape (it went from the neurologist saying I *HAD* to have an operation, 1 minimum, to _"Take Tylenol and/or Ibuprofen for any swelling or minor pain and be careful if you start deadlifting or putting any other heavy load stressors on your spinal column again."_ Gotta love the difference between how awful being sedentary is compared to simply walking).
Anyway, happy movement, good luck with a healthier more active and fulfilling life, and it sure would be nice if the doc gave some tips on how he has the skin of a 23-year-old. Bloody guy has a tan and, what, 3 forehead lines when he raises his eyebrows? Unreal.

I just want to say thank you. Thank you for doing something positive and good for people without charging them money to buy some kind of pill or some kind of drink To make you lose weight. Most people having the knowledge that you do would have charged people to get the information that you just shared. A lot of us don't have the money to invest in diet programs or pills or potions or programs that promise results and here you come along and just give us a simple easy recipe that will help us and will work. Thank you!!! God Bless you and yours!!!

Hi! I started drinking another belly buster recipes promising to increase my metabolism and lose weight a week ago: matcha, cinnamon, black pepper, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, paprika, and honey with 10oz of hot water. The last couple days I kicked it up a notch and added some thyme and ginger to aid help to my respiratory system. A week ago my weight was 228.6lbs. I also Incorporate in my day, one 20oz coffee with unsweetened almond milk, three 16.9oz glasses of water, two 5oz glasses of chamomile tea one after dinner and one before bed, and one 6oz glass of non fat milk. The chamomile tea is to help with heartburn and acid reflux that I had so severe at night prior to starting the weight loss drink. I haven't had heartburn or acid reflux for the last 5 nights. I also include daily vitamins and supplements, turmeric, zinc vitamin c, vitamin D3, vitamin K, potassium and magnesium, and a bone joint supplement. My vitamins and supplements I've been taking for several years I only added zinc to the mix. I'm going to add in this new belly buster with black tea to my daily intake and make it my lunch. I'm curious to see if it helps. I'm not hungry at all during the day, adding in a hot drink mid day is doable. I have eaten more vegetables this last week than I've eaten in an entire month, I'm craving vegetables. No alcohol, no soda pop, no processed foods. My sugar intake consists of blueberries, apples and raw honey. In the morning I make a small bowl of oatmeal from rolled oats. Approximately a cup and a half and I add my blueberries and sliced apples with a little honey, chopped walnuts and a small amount of flax seed. I've been eating this breakfast since lockdown started. I don't eat lunch only dinner and dinner is a struggle because I'm just not hungry. My dinner consist of a small portion of protein, chicken or fish one hard boiled egg and veggies, (I don't eat a lot of red meat). I've Incorporated some starch twice. Once a small portion of rice and once a small portion of red potatoes. The meat the potatoes or rice the egg and the vegetables is just too much food for me now. I've decided to go back and forth with protein and starch. I haven't bought bread in 3 years. I make my own, TH-cam and lockdown taught me how. Rice has a lot of carbs so right now I'm staying away from bread and pasta. I do plan on eating bread and pasta again hopefully sooner rather than later. I love lentils and I like adding them to vegetable and cabbage soup. Soups are on the menu this week. It's only been a week and I'm down 8.2lbs. I believe it's water weight that I have lost. I have to say my system is completely cleaned out, my body feels better then it's felt in months. The only exercise that I've done is daily stretches and daily belly button inhales where you inhale and you hold in your belly button and then you do these side twists, I do 3 sets of six. I do plan to increase my exercising. I'm out of shape and working to build up my exercise routine slowly but steady. I'm 52 and menopause is in full swing. This is the heaviest I've ever been. 4 years ago I weighed 135lbs, I'm 5'.5" tall. In the last 4 years, I've suffered loss of loved ones, I quit smoking and stepped into menopause. Dealing with grief, quitting smoking and menopause I ended up putting a lot of wrong foods in my body adding extra weight, lockdown didn't help. Food became my new vice. Tonight has been the only night I've struggled to sleep. I expected this to happen sooner. I feel as if my body is craving something. But I have no idea what. And it's not getting anything. I hope I see you again in another video message so maybe you and I can encourage each other through this life-altering change. Best of luck to you my thoughts and prayers are with you. May God grant us all the strength and patience we need to stay on the right path to a healthy body.
