well I'm 5'7" and it depends if you're comfortable riding a bigger bike and I've been riding about well IDK how long. but if you're comfortable with a bigger bike get one. However I will say, my bike it feels like it wants to throw me off like I guess Bc I don't way that much. but I still hang on to her like no problem. I'm just under weight I guess for my 250
