      ​@@movewithsethYes it did. I STRUGGLED a lot with cervical issue and breathing problem. Turns out it has something to do with my left ankle and soft pallette region on left. Do you have somemore to suggest. I suffering fromnlateral pelvic tilt with neck tension and breathing issues

      Hi Hal, glad this helped you find some relief for your neck.
      Just to be sure, in this process, the idea is to find that movement of lifting the soft palate that is small enough that you aren’t yawning. Although yawning won’t harm anything (and it sounds like it may have been spontaneous/involuntary), there is a more subtle movement that is possible to find.
      Something that might help is to simply IMAGINE your soft palate lifting. With some repetition, it’s likely that you’ll find that the musculature in the roof of your mouth will respond just to this thought, with less of a sense that you have to “do something” to create the movement.
