    When you work out regularly you will gain but it’s muscle weight then add yo that our body retains water sometimes it may have been that kind of combo. Keep up the good work!😊

    When you break those fast, watch out for the salt. I did a water fast and without thinking ate something salty and I swoll up. Your body will hold onto that water. I gained the weight right back.....smh.
