I do daily 20+ hours fast
Happy to know. Just 2 days ago, I recently completed my 87 hours fast on Ekadashi continuation. Yes mental clarity, lesser craving and last but not least Stem cell activation will amaze you Mr Chetan.

I tried 16 hrs fasting for few weeks. I was able to control my hormone levels especially my Thyroid hormone. One should try if possible it's good and can give you desired results. One should be consistent and honest to oneselves for following such fasting technique 😊

मैंने आज 72 hours fast complete किया.. जिसमें मैंने GYM जाकर exercise भी किया..
पर तीसरे दिन आख़री की 5-6 घंटे में थोड़ा सा सर दर्द हुआ फिर मैंने चहरे पर पानी मारा fresh हुआ और gym गया, gym जाकर trade mill पर 30 मिनट walk किया और हलकी exercise की और कुछ देर बाद सर दर्द चला गया..
मैंने इसे पहले 50 hours तक fast किया था..
इस बार मैंने 72 hours fast किया और मुझे विश्वास नही हो रहा..
मै पिछले 8 महीने से fast कर रहा हू..
शुरवात के 3-4 महीने मैंने 2 meal a day के साथ 16:8 intermitten fasting की..
अभी लगभग 4 महीने से मै ONE MEAL A DAY कर रहा हू इसलिए मुझे 72 HOURS FASTING मे ज्यादा मुश्किल नही हुई पर जब किया तब विश्वास नही हुआ की मैंने भी 72 hours fast किया..
मैंने इन 72 hours fast मे सिर्फ plain water पिया है.. Last के 5-6 hours मे Coffe पीकर GYM जाने का सोच रहा था पर मैंने Coffe नही पी क्युकी मै Clean water fast करना चाहता था..
Coffe इसलिए भी नही पी की insuline spike होने का डर था..

How to break fast is also very important
I will break fast with paneer or eggs and veggies and chia seeds with protein powder or boiled chicken or fish

I do keep dry fast on Ekadashi for approximately 30-32 hours. Some of the benefits can only be felt like mind clarity, focus etc.

Ekadashi Fast Rakhta hoon Maine Mai 2 Bar 24 hours Each. Aur Banki Din Mai only 2 Meals Khata Hoon 100% Veg aur 3 se 4 Liter Water Peeta Hoon with Few salt + half Nimboo + Black Pepper. Exercise k lie Walk Karta hoon almost 8 Km every morning Aur I sit and Stand Up 50 times without support of hands, doing this helps to fight Aging and removes Brain Fog!!

We are having genes of hunters who sometimes not able to hunt for 7,8 days.. and everything is about habits you develope ..either it is for body or mind or anything but it has to be slow to last longer ..any thing quicker is for short time , true for money as well ..

These extreme things can give shock to body . Sudden some impact can cause issues. Every body type is different . Don't go for some fancy fads . Fasting once a week or 15 days is safe recommendation . Again advise of doctor is key here and we should follow that ,

Sir, the electrolytes that you took contains dextrose i.e sugar which awakens the insulin secretion might reduces the benifits of fasting. you would have tried with sugarfree electrolytes.
Truly inspiring.. I resently did almost 40 hours fasting on occasion of Mahashivratri and this video is inspiring to keep practicing such thing and gradually can even Target 72 hours. Thank you for this video.

Fast karte hai toh sir dard, iching, irrtation, chakkar aana ye sab good sign hai body andar se clean hoti hai bcoz humari energy save hoti hai aur increse hoti toh woh body detox karti hai... your extra fat burn.. am doing 1.5 month i lost 6 kg and skin glow also energy shine

Self control is the biggest achievement
Started with 16 hrs fasting ,then green juice ,evening fruits ,a small cup soaked dry fruit,flax seed ,pumpkin seed ,night raw salad with 1 cup cooked fud from 1 week trust me its awesome ...i feel more energetic ,lite,relaxed ... ❤

Just finished watching this video as I was quite busy with my office. I must say this is one of the most genuine review videos that I have ever seen on fasting challenges. Chetan sir genuinely shared his experience at different time frames unlike those biased review videos that say that they are at ease without consuming anything, do not have any impact of these long hours of fasting on them and there is no difference between a normal day eating habits and keep long hour fasting.

This type of fasting is a usual practice in Jainism. We only take boiled water during the day from sunrise till sunset. After that no water till sunrise the next morning. There are many who do it for 3-8 days. Recently 1 person did it for 30 days continuously.
It's a good practice and has lots of benefits for the body and mind as well. Our immunity also builds up.

Don’t eat fruit eat meat eggs butter and ghee only. 3 days your body in ketone after eating carb then stop. I did 5 days. I eat only meat eggs butter and ghee last 10 years. No carb i lost 60 pounds
