    Please, please, please program a speed setting for the scene settings, fireworks and party would be much more useful for streaming if you could adjust the speed at which the colors change. Thank you!

      Still want this feature please. Would like slow cycle of colours to be an option. Or set it so you can cycle between the scenes you have saved with interpolation of colours and time delays.

    The Neewer RGB190 lights lose bluetooth connection with the app from timeout even when using mains power. This is a MAJOR flaw. The saved lighting profiles don't seem to remember all the lights used - only one light at a time. The explanation in your 'favourites' section was like a child explaining that space is up, and no other explanation is necessary. Ridiculous.

    I really wish you could save presets for a group of lights with all different parameters. Like if I could flip a switch and go between multiple looks I’ve created but for some reason it only lets me save a preset for 1 light at a time or a group of lights with the exact same settings as one another. So close to perfect.

      I was really surprised this wasn't a feature. They need to look at the Philips Hue app's implementation.

      I think you can do that. Set each light to the colour you want. Then click the heart, and then click the folder with scenes in it and rename the top scene. Now when you click that scene, the different lights will have the colours you set.

    Would be great to have smooth transitions between the presets and more than two shortcuts to presets. In podcasting and live streaming really useful

    Same the Android one does not work, I had to install it onto my Ipad for it to work for my new Neewer slider bar

    Can you make and update for app with program control. Sequencing, diming and music trigger fx for 660pro and other procucts working with neewer app.
    Will make your producs more competitive

    I updated the app and now none of my lights connect at all. Was working fine before the update.

    Getting nowhere with the app. The plus button only adds scenes, not devices. The bluetooth pairing light is blinking, but no amount of retrying lets my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra see the PL81 Pro.

      Hello, we are so sorry to hear that you are encountering a problem with our app. In Neewer app after clicking [+] to add a scene, you must enter the scene first and then click [+] to add devices.
      PL81 PRO does not support connecting to Neewer APP, please download Neewer Control Center App and control it on Windows/MacOS systems. Thank you!

    The app isn’t connecting to my er1 camera slider. Any help with this will be much appreciated. I have an iPhone

    I´m really struggling with this app.
    All I want is to save 2-3 different settings/scenes to switch fast between different shooting possibilities.
    But the app wont let me do that at all...

      Thank you for your interest! Please try the setup instructions below: Enter the scene -- Add a device -- Select the device to set up -- Return to the scene interface -- Bookmarked after the scene is created -- Click the folder icon -- Select the corresponding scene.

    I will be using newer LED lights for additional lighting in my room, It would be great if i can schedule light to turn on at certain time of the day.

      @@NeewerOfficial i had to resort to using a smart plug to have that feature, happy with the lights tho.

      @@curiousobserver4096 Some of their lights time out and shut off entirely, such as the crappy RGB190s. Every time they shut off they lose bluetooth signal completely, so you have to manually go and turn them on, even if they are mounted in the ceiling. Neewer cannot be trusted.

    How do I reset the password? Apparently I have an account but can not login no matter what I try. There is also NO 'reset' password link.

      Reset the password on the login page, just click "Can not login" upon the "Log in" button.

      You don't need to reset the settings to get the upgraded version. All functions on the APP do not need to be reset. If you need to connect the device to another mobile phone, you can delete the device on the original mobile phone or exit the APP directly.

    Why this awful illustration "music" ? It covers the voice and makes things really hard to understand at (many) times.
    You must understand people from all over the World are watching these videos, and they need to get the message even though many of them are not from english-speaking countries.
    Think about them, and make things easier for them. In substance : put yourself in the seat of the client, only THIS matters.

    The app sucks... you have to log in using passcodes over email everytime you want to use the app... well the app is on my f ing phone and my phone is pw protected so please take the f ing password off the app!!!!!!!!!
