Actually it doesn't matter about how much u eat it's how fast ur metabolism works mine goes fast and I work out and eat whatever I want my sister is slows but not to slow she works out and eats whatever she wants and gains 2pounds then she loses it when she loses like 15 everyday and my bro his is very slow he can't eat like we can but we do 13 workouts a day 4 in the morning 4 in the afternoon and 5 at night and we have remained fit

For everyone struggling to stay motivated, remember: MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT! You are building muscle by working out, so even if you don't lose a ton of weight, your body is still changing and becoming healthier! Muscle is denser than fat and takes up less space, so focus on how you FEEL and LOOK after incorporating exercise in your routine, more than how much you weigh (daily weight changes are normal!). This workout is magic ✨, initially for 2 months I didn't notice any changes but in the third month 6kgs were dropped & later all together after 3.5months I had lost 9kg without any strict diet, but with less oil food. Don't give up, do exercise regularly.

Here's a tip: • Keep drinking water as it helps you lose weight • If your gonna go on a diet then pls don't eat too less. That can cause blackouts and dizzyness ( trust me I made the same mistake) • Do keep some water with you while doing this but don't drink it too often, you'll get a stomach ache Good luck! I avoid sweets but I still eat rice (just the moderate amount), more water and control over food. I just eat when it is meal time and I don't do other workouts :))

Diffal_Army _2013 nothing really relevant actually, mostly because I don’t think my body needs to so It’s more difficult to lose weight for me. I guess in general you lose mostly your “water weight”, which is around 1-2 kgs.

FOR PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT READ THIS PLEASE ❤️ 2 years ago I was suffering because I was overweight and I weighed 50kg and I didn't grow taller at all ok. So I decided to workout and lose weight, however everytime I try to workout, I stay consistent for 3 days maximum 5, and then I quite hoplessly. I was stuck in this dilemma for 2 years until today were now I weight 71kg (I grew a little bit of height tho) and I desperately need to lose weight. So my advice to you, and you probably hear that alot, stick to your workout + Diet and DONT GIVE UP. You won't see results in a day or a week, but you will see it with time and persistence. Make a goal for yourself and make a promise that you will be better. If only I could turn back time I would have said that to myself, so don't make today your tomorrow's regret. ❤️❤️ All thr luck, and I am sure you can do it. 🥰
This is really effective, first 3 days my legs hurts, because its hard on the thighs and legs, I'm a lazy person because after doing this I really feel so tired, its like I cant do this anymore because I ate a lot after so its useless, but everytime I see my self in the mirror I always say I'm going to lose my weight, so I exercise again, I come to this point, doing it twice a day. But after 1week doing this exercise my body used to it, no more pain. Before 56kg now 53kg I'm so happy. my belly was slowly disappearing, for real. I'll update after 1week again.

Actually it doesn't matter about how much u eat it's how fast ur metabolism works mine goes fast and I work out and eat whatever I want my sister is slows but not to slow she works out and eats whatever she wants and gains 2pounds then she loses it when she loses like 15 everyday and my bro his is very slow he can't eat like we can but we do 13 workouts a day 4 in the morning 4 in the afternoon and 5 at night and we have remained fit

You are building muscle by working out, so even if you don't lose a ton of weight, your body is still changing and becoming healthier!
Muscle is denser than fat and takes up less space, so focus on how you FEEL and LOOK after incorporating exercise in your routine, more than how much you weigh (daily weight changes are normal!).
And remember muscles need time to heal and grow in between workouts, so if you are in pain from the day before, you are risking injury! Be safe and stay motivated!

Here's a tip:
• Keep drinking water as it helps you lose weight
• If your gonna go on a diet then pls don't eat too less. That can cause blackouts and dizzyness ( trust me I made the same mistake)
• Do keep some water with you while doing this but don't drink it too often, you'll get a stomach ache

@@nicolejohn70 yes I did also 16 hours fasting, I don’t eat anything during that entire time just drink water and when you eat consume less carbs . That’s all what I did to loose weight 😊

Hey, it's 22:27 , this workout is so affective 🙌 with in 3 days I lost 1 kg by only doing this workout's starting 20 mins workout n 150-200 skipping, n not with strict diet bt with less oil food have loss 1 kg, it's 23/1/2023, my target is 57-56kg, rest will update you all...... n yes my weight was 60.5 on Thursday it was 19/1/2023, n when j checked my weight today it's 59.5 kg......🤓😎😎😎😎

Diffal_Army _2013 nothing really relevant actually, mostly because I don’t think my body needs to so It’s more difficult to lose weight for me. I guess in general you lose mostly your “water weight”, which is around 1-2 kgs.

2 years ago I was suffering because I was overweight and I weighed 50kg and I didn't grow taller at all ok. So I decided to workout and lose weight, however everytime I try to workout, I stay consistent for 3 days maximum 5, and then I quite hoplessly. I was stuck in this dilemma for 2 years until today were now I weight 71kg (I grew a little bit of height tho) and I desperately need to lose weight. So my advice to you, and you probably hear that alot, stick to your workout + Diet and DONT GIVE UP. You won't see results in a day or a week, but you will see it with time and persistence. Make a goal for yourself and make a promise that you will be better. If only I could turn back time I would have said that to myself, so don't make today your tomorrow's regret. ❤️❤️

This is really effective, first 3 days my legs hurts, because its hard on the thighs and legs, I'm a lazy person because after doing this I really feel so tired, its like I cant do this anymore because I ate a lot after so its useless, but everytime I see my self in the mirror I always say I'm going to lose my weight, so I exercise again, I come to this point, doing it twice a day. But after 1week doing this exercise my body used to it, no more pain. Before 56kg now 53kg I'm so happy. my belly was slowly disappearing, for real. I'll update after 1week again.
