@@vrettiaggarwal8720 eggwhite is the leavening agent in this recipe. Baking soda/baking powder are not needed. Lemon juice might be a substitute for cream of tar tar.(I have never tried that.) Please stick to the recipe. It is a very good recipe.

I’ve been testing different sponge cake recipes and by far this one has had the best texture, rise, and appearance. It’s the typical spongy, airy, light, lightly sweetened sponge cake you’d get from a bakery. My only tip, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or almond extract and some lemon or orange zest to add more flavor. I think any flavor extract would work depending on what flavor you’re going for. Just tried it This is really one amazing sponge cake rich and soft I have substituted 2&1\2 tablespoons of flour with cornstarch and added like 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder I divided the batter on three pans to reduce baking time and to avoid cutting layers I baked them at 180 Celsius for 15 minutes or so I substituted peach juice with some sweetened milk For the cream i've used powdered cream The cake Turned out tasty and soft Thanks for the perfect recipe 😋
Just made this and wanted to say it was AMAZING and everyone loved it!! So pleased with how it turned out. This is totally an asian style cake.. light and fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness! I want to share that I actually 2/5 the recipe (very easy when you're weighing everything) and baked the cake in a sheet pan (for 2/5's the time) so I had one big thin layer that I cut in half to stack and make a 2 layered rectangular cake. I cant say enough good things about this recipe. Thank you!

All purpose flour is an alternative but I don't think it can reach this texture. Maybe in my next video I shall show you how to make cake flour at home. It's not difficult at all

@Ken Wong i made my own "cake flour" with normal all purpose flour. so you take - 1 cup of all purpose flour, -remove 2 tablespoons, and then -replace the 2 tablespoon with 2 tablespoons of Cornstarch -Most importantly is to SIEVE this mixture at least SIX times. Its really easy and i guarantee you it is worth the time! :)

@@ainyjafri1389 hi Ainy, first make sure your egg white is a good one. for yolk egg batter no need extra power to mixed and must follow step by step the ingredient when mixed. for the white egg u must ensure this batter are rise. After that u mixed both of batter and must ensure the batter are blended.

@Ken Wong you need to whip the egg whites till there are stiff peaks forming. The rise comes from the trapped air in the egg whites

1. Double recipe may be too much, just use 1½ of this recipe or 7 egg ratio
2. Yes you can use any fruits you desire

@Ken Wong i made my own "cake flour" with normal all purpose flour. so you take
- 1 cup of all purpose flour,
-remove 2 tablespoons, and then
-replace the 2 tablespoon with 2 tablespoons of Cornstarch
-Most importantly is to SIEVE this mixture at least SIX times.
Its really easy and i guarantee you it is worth the time! :)

Btw I added a bit of baking powder because I was scared it wouldn't rise much and it turned out well although I'm not sure it was necessary.

5 فراولة
ديكو:
6 فراولة
6 قطع شرائح خوخ
أي أوراق خضراء (3)
تعليمات:
كيك اسفنجي فانيليا
يسخن الفرن عند 150 درجة مئوية / 300 درجة فهرنهايت. ورق ورق الشحوم والخطوط على صينية 7x7 بوصة.
افصل البيض (صفار البيض والأبيض).
يضاف صفار البيض والسكر في وعاء كبير. اخلط جيدًا حتى يذوب السكر تقريبًا. يضاف الزيت والحليب ومستخلص الفانيليا. امزج حتى تمتزج جيدا
ينخل الدقيق في الخليط. اخفق في حركة دائرية حتى يختفي الدقيق.
في وعاء آخر من بياض البيض ، أضف كريم الترتار. امزج حتى الشامبانيا. أضف السكر تدريجيًا. استمر في الخلط حتى تشكلت قمم شديدة.
أضف خليط بياض البيض إلى الخليط على دفعات قليلة. استخدم خفاقة وامزج برفق في حركة دائرية. لا تفرط في الخلط. امزج فقط حتى يتم دمجها جيدًا.
اسكب الخليط في المقلاة المعدة. استخدم عصا أو سيخ لإعطاء حركة أفقية ورأسية كما هو موضح في الفيديو. هذا لمنع الثقوب في الكعكة وأيضًا لتحرير جيوب الهواء إذا كان هناك.
حضري مقلاة ضحلة أخرى. ضع منشفة شاي عليها. اسكب بعض الماء الساخن على المنشفة بما يكفي لتبليلها. والسبب في ذلك هو أن الكعكة ستكون قطن ناعم ورطب. ثم ضع صينية الخبز على منشفة مبللة.
تُخبز في فرن مسخن مسبقاً عند 150 درجة مئوية / 300 درجة فهرنهايت لمدة 30 دقيقة و 140 درجة مئوية / 285 درجة فهرنهايت لمدة 35 دقيقة.
دعي الكعكة تبرد تمامًا ثم قطعيها إلى 3 أوراق.
تحضير الحشوات:
فرم الفاكهة في قطع صغيرة صغيرة.
تحضير الصقيع:
أضيفي كريمة الخفق في وعاء كبير مبرد.
أضف السكر البودرة. امزج على سرعة منخفضة لمدة دقيقة واحدة واستمر في الخلط بسرعة متوسطة حتى تصل إلى صلابة. كن حذرًا من التوقف عن المزج بمجرد أن يمسك الخفاقة بالكتلة (قمة شديدة). تجاوز هذا لأنه سيصل إلى مرحلة الزبدة (سيكون التجمد قاسيًا

for yolk egg batter no need extra power to mixed and must follow step by step the ingredient when mixed.
for the white egg u must ensure this batter are rise.
After that u mixed both of batter and must ensure the batter are blended.
