- A super moist cake full of pineapple and whipped cream .
Ingredients:-
4 Eggs( at room temperature)
170g sugar
150g all-purpose flour
25g corn flour/cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
60g water
40g oil
1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
for icing you need
700ml whipping cream
4 tbsp icing sugar
1 vanilla pod / 1 tsp vanilla extract
canned pineapples
canned cherries
pineapple juice

I made this cake just blindly following the ingredients with exact measurements I came out delicious, I’m not good at baking but just follow the exact measurements, I’ve seen so many videos but I don’t know your video made my day, I made this cake on my daughter’s birthday everyone was surprised it came so soft and nice, mostly cakes in US they make with butter cream on top I couldn’t even put single bite in my mouth, so decided to bake at home luckily I found best video I really got praises😅😊😊

Can you pls tell me if u used only baking powder or even baking soda with this? Coz i really doubt if only baking powder will make it that fluffy
@@samreenkhan5439you can use only baking powder but if you wants to get better result than please add 1 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of baking soda ... and the rest of ratio will be same...good luck

I've been meaning to try it but I'm hesitating on the whipped cream frostiong, when you take it out of the fridge does it hold on well?
Souha Gaaloul after crumb coating put it in the fridge for an hour and coat with the rest of the whipping cream, it spreads easily.

We usually double the recipe and the pan size I use is a 10 inch.
