The Oregon coast's climate is my ideal climate, actually (incredibly mild all-year long, no hot or cold extremes) but I can't tell you how many people I've heard complain "I wasn't expecting it to be only 65 degrees in July." People ought to be doing more research on where they want to live.
I’m moving to Oregon this June/July. Definitely been an ongoing research project but I’ve considered Brookings. Originally from California but have lived all over and currently live in Tennessee.

In the state of Oregon, realtors don't broker rentals. You would reach out directly to a property manager or owner.
