Cool. I have a 2006 Matrix AWD with 193,000 miles. Just put in a new battery and removed tray to have a look around, and there was the cracked tranny mount. Looks pretty simple overall. Thanks for the walk through.
My 09 Matrix only shakes when it's out of gear and idling with the AC on. Do you think this would be a solid fix to that? The whole car feels like it's shaking apart when it is at idle.

How much does/did engine shake in idle after you did all these? I don't really feel any issues while driving it, but that engine sure shakes while it's idling.

Thanks for your great videos, i was able to change out all four in a day, the rear one was super fun (in a good way), all vibration was gone.

I have heard that they paused production because steel prices are so high. I bought mine used for 600 bucks but they were selling new for about 1200.

Yes that's when I felt the vibration was at idle. After the repairs it was much better.
Is it more noticable on cold days? Could be a vacuum leak you are noticing at idle. Could be coming from intake manifold gasket.
Did this fix your vibration problem?
Yes after changing all mounts the vibration went away.
Do you have to place jack support under the transmission pan ?
The engine is suspended or "hanging" by that mount in particular. You have to take the weight off it to remove the bolt.
