Thanks for the post ma'am, that's how I live but I only eat twice a day morning ,afternoon and at night I just eat some fruits. I only sleep for 4 to 5 hrs a day and I don't study for exams everything in my head may be that's why my friends call me imperturbable multi talented genius. Medical student Malaysia God bless.🙏👍

Hello ma’am you said you said you add Chia seeds in your milk in the morning. I want to add Chia seeds in my milk as well but I don’t know if I should add it in warm milk or cold milk & should I soak the seeds before adding them into my milk or should I just dry roast them before adding into the milk? Mam is it required to eat dinner before 7pm or sunset if we eat rice veggies for dinner for reduce belly fat or we can keep 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep? 2 hours gap is enough to reduce belly fat?

Namaste. Chia seeds need to be soaked in the milk or water for 2-3 hours at least before consuming it. You can add it in room temperature milk
