This class is perfect for people of all levels who want to open their bodies while strengthening but might have tight shoulders, hips, and hamstrings and want to create a sense of freedom and open up their bodies.

We’ll begin with a brief meditation to draw the awareness inward, followed by a twisting standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hip flexors to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin. Practice at home, at the gym, or outdoors; no equipment is needed. By the end of the practice, you will feel refreshed, balanced, and light.
