I appreciate your candor. I recently came to similar realizations and I relived my life ten times over in my mind when the light turned on in my brain. I shed a carcass and feel as light as a feather. My inner joy shone through all the turbulence of my young life. Never felt better. I’m looking forward to paying that forward.

anyone know how a true selfless act of goodness feels? to do something without reward, notice, praise, self, reputation, your needs, motivations to get back, "karmas" regift? can anyone actually do anything ever for someone without expecting one single thing in return, no smile, no eye contact, no gift, no high five, not one single human characteristic?
i think when we can learn to do everything for absoultely nothing is when we reach a new level of humanity.
i work with mentally handicapped people. are the things i do for them or me? is my job there to boost my reputation or boost their life? is their life boost for my pride or for their livelihood?
when we can learn and memorize and act and live life lending a hand to someone on the ground to help them up,[ TO support and help them out without needing any type of fulfilling a need]

I have came to realization tht this is tru, U can't want nothing back," like u said we want something back to Acknowledge wht we have done". When u start to break down this system of life, tht is 🔑 of all keys. A "True Selfless Act". Wow it only took 43years to realize this🤣🤣

WONDERFUL !! And you look great! You have a lot of reasons to be proud of yourself.... really enjoyed. Self Esteem has to do with the most important cause / meaning of life: LOVE Love God, Love yourself, and Love others. PEACE

This is not self actualisation .. wrongly defined .. but the ways he talked about to cope with depression may help .

Cory Page has wrongly defined self actualisation. Maslow's concept is similar to Jung's idea of individuation
