I have Chase trifecta with preferred, unlimited, freedom unlimited. Trying to get a reserve with bonus. Is it doable? Doesn’t seem that I can downgrade preferred now. I’ve have the preferred for 6 years.
You can downgrade to freedom
I tried to pool my wife and I’s Chase points by doing the phone call, which did work.
But I can’t see my wife freedom card in the UR website to do another transfer, just my one cards. And it’s been a few weeks since I did the phone transfer.
The rep told me that I cannot do a online transfer but only via phone. Has anyone been able to enable the transfer via online?
