    I think one of the simplest, best ways to earn a ton of Chase points is to refer Ink cards back and forth with a P2. If you could get 4 cards in a year and 20-40k points each time you refer, you could theoretically get at least 400,000 points with just these 4 cards, and no annual fee!

    • @vikashsamaga
      @vikashsamaga ปีที่แล้ว +4

      This is great advice. Only factor to consider is not everyone might have high spending to meet 4 Chase Ink subs per year, especially if they're used as personal cards.

    • @EthanPatrick_CreditCards
      @EthanPatrick_CreditCards ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@vikashsamaga true! You need to be able to hit at least $2k/month in spend on average. For most ppl in a P2 setup that could work, but it’s definitely not going to work for everyone.

    I got the CSP 80k points after 4k spent in 3 months. I wasn’t in the market for any large purchases so I found multiple friends and family who planned to make cash purchases. They gave me the cash and I paid with the credit card. I easily got to the 4k mark and got the 80k points. And balance on the CSP is sitting at zero.

    If you have a car, a lot of insurance companies will allow you to pay your premium with a credit card. USAA just allowed me to do it. If you are going to spend money anyway, might as well farm points while you’re doing it

    The fact that you can get multiple welcome bonuses on each of Chase's cards is a really big pro of Chase's ecosystem compared to others like Amex which only let you get one SUB per card. I'd love to see Chase raise the World of Hyatt card bonus so I can add that later this year and feel good about the offer lol. Great video Ben!

    • @TonyAtmos
      @TonyAtmos ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SpencerJohnsonOfficial there are ways to get multiple bonuses with amex as well. You just have to read the language in the terms to see if it's lifetime or not. Also there's been a good number of reports that the lifetime term can just be 5-7 years. This was the case for me with the personal amex platinum.
      Another way around this is to get the business versions of the cards. If you afford the increased spend required. Example: gold personal only needs 4K for Sub and business gold requires 15K. 🤓

    I have to register my disappointment with the Sapphire Preferred. You do not get 5% on travel booked through Chase. The first time I did this I got only 2%. I asked what was up. They told me the other 3% gets credited to your account "two or three billing cycles" after you receive the first 2%. Say what? Bait and switch if you ask me. And I haven't seen a single mention of this here at TH-cam. I got the $95 waived for the first year because I opened in branch. But renew? Nope. Not worth my time.

    About the last method ( My Bonus ) - spend $5k or $15k to earn 5000 points or 15k points.
    How this is a bonus, if you already earn on Ink Business cards at least 1% cash back or 1x on other purchases?
    Some Ink cards offer 1,5 % (1,5x) or 2% (2x) on other purchases
    Unless I am missing something here.
