Initially, I had multiple fitness groups comprising my weekly routine, but over a few revisions and shakeups, everything has become fitsugar except for my yoga... I adore this channel...
I just finished doing this workout for the first time tonight, and all I have to say is - WOW!!!! I loved it! I stumbled a few times, but I kept at it and finished it. For 10 minutes, I got a wallop of a workout. I'll definitely keep at it with this workout.
i always could wear the sleeveless tops i wanted due to my over flabby arms..but now i guess its possible for me to do so in the future with such an exercise...this exercises u have are just amazing...thank you so much
If you follow her directions when she says go a little lower or hold it a little longer and in a week u will definitely see results..best 10 min arm and legs workout so far..

I find that Waster-Sizing gives one all the exercise one needs, plus giving back at the same time, a win, win for ones self, Mother Earth, making it safer for Children, Wildlife, Waterways and Soil... We all need to start thinking about we, we, we, not just me, me, me... Then we are getting healthy and earning inner-wealth at the same time... All one needs to do is go to a beach, park, your neighborhood, look around, see dangers, bend at the Waist to pick up the Waste, Getting off the porch...

like seriously.. why are they not sweating?,im drowning in my sweat!!...POPSUGAR: Can i ask how heavy or light should our weights be?,i read before, if you use too heavy weights,you might grow big muscles, which im trying to avoid big muscles on my arms.
just use 5-10 lbs im 11 and started at 5 then 7 ,8 and now 10 just do whatever feels comfortable if you feel pain after you did the first ones your dumbbells are too heavy.hope that helped

I really love this video. Z's questions RIGHT in the middle of a countdown (which prolong the pose) drive me crazy but other than that, this is great!

You can also use waterbottles filled with water, those are a lost cheeper than real weights, but they weight alot, if you fill them.

I believe most women use 3-8 pound weights. I started with 2 and built up to 5. I'm staying at 5 for most exercises.
