It certainly needed to be done. I have completed the segmenting of most of the lectures now and also created playlists to help organize all the videos. Be well.
I identify strongly with all 9 of the inattention traits but only one of the hyperactivity ones (the first). I take it that means I don't have ADHD, in which case, where can someone like me find help?
I discuss this in my book, Taking Charge of Adult ADHD. There is no surefire way to manage it but I suggest when talking with someone you keep your hand over your mouth as if in a pensive, thoughtful pose while listening to others. its a physical constraint that might help with inhibition. Medication can help as well.

I think that just means you wouldn’t have hyperactive adhd.
