    This si my first time workout with your video. And I was very impressed. I have exercise for 35 years from matial arts to weight training. And I train many kind of workout. And I'm teaching workout and nutrition for trainers. I'm interested in the calistenics for few years. But I train first time with this video. It's very amazing on me.     I’ve been following your routines for a couple months and this routine motivated me to try V-sit for the first time and I fell backwards on my both attempts :D also I’ve never understood how you can talk during the routines especially when they’re such a killer as this one, huge respect, you’re a beast!     My tips to those who want to unlock the 180° V-Sit ;)
    • Upper Body Strength - Focus on any variations of dips because it will strengthen your scapula depression and it will also straighten your elbows. Dips and Skin the Cat will also help your shoulder extension.
    • Core Compression - Just focus on Seated Pike Compression it is most easiest and effective way to strengthen your core compression also it is scalable because you can adjust your hands. Always do this exercise with flat hands and do not lean backwards to much just look at your knees it will help.
    • Hamstring Flexibility - seated forward fold is the best for me because you can do it while you are resting also your are seating so it is not that hard, balance your passive and active mobility example when you do the seated forward 60secs try to not hold your toes after 30secs so you can balance your passive and active mobility.

    Great Video, In this exercise, you sit with legs extended and torso off the ground, your body forming a V shape. If you are a beginner you can modify it to use a bit of assistance from your hands, or do it with bent legs. Intermediate exercisers can add this exercise to abdominal and core workouts.👍

    Hey! Your core compression video and this one are the best remedies for my back discomfort. But I can't do them every day (because they are too much). Could you do a yoga follow along routine for back discomfort?

    A question for you: is it better to train the v-sit once a week in a longer workout, like this one, or to splite these exercises, incorporating in several workouts, also with other skills training, during the the sessions in the week?
