    The Handstand is all about exposing ourselves to the position as often as we can. Whether you are still working handstand against the wall, or you want to build endurance in your freestanding handstand, this 15-minute routine will improve your ability to be upside down! Do your best to do this routine on a daily basis to maximize your results, and take a day of rest when needed. Let’s get upside down!

    Yo,sorry gabo i was pretty bad at the first Handstand routine,which lasted for about 20 mins because of the Handstand kick Ups against the wall, but somehow i felt much more confident in this routine, thanks gabo, im a beginner in calisthenics and trying to gain muscle,skills and strength, and youre a big inspiration. Thank you bro youre one of the people i look up to💪🏾💯

    Just finished this practice for the 5th and I am feeling so much stronger in my chest to wall handstand. I'm getting my feet off the wall longer and longer everyday!

    Awesome video !!! Thank you, I've been doing your 1h follow along videos for 2 weeks every morning and it's awesome, I can feel the increase in strength and flexibility. I'm starting to add one 15 min routine every evening, but the combo makes the day quite exhausting if it's the chest or core routine that I pick :D Thanks again !!!

      @@alihk2290 following thw routine for beginners for 6 months I got a 30 second handstand right now. And I'm 1,90 meters so it should be easier if you're smaller

    I just turned 50 and my goal was to be able to do a handstand again. My upper body strength is lacking because I can only hold it for about 5 real seconds. Any pointers? Thank you for such thorough step-by-step tutorials, they're just so detailed! 💯♥️
