    Amazing routine as always brother, thank you so much!
    Also, I've been using your weight belt and wrist wraps for a few weeks and I gotta say, QUALITY products! They feel great all around, wrist wraps are perfect to help get those last hard sets and weight belt is just comfortable and practical.
    Finally, I would really love the 3 months membership ! Not for me actually, but for my girlfriend. She's hypermobile and has a lot of trouble with shoulder stability, which causes her disconfort and discourage her a lot from moving. Also, moving would help her a lot mentally cause she's going through hard times and she's quite lost. The mental and physical stability provided by the SM academy would change her life, for real.

      Shift the weight forward, exhale, lower down, Chaturanga Dandasana, 90• angle with your arms, inhale upward facing dog...andddddd....exhale downward facing dog....lift the hips up and back...3 breaths here 🤣🙏🏽

    Hey Gabo, thanks a lot, I'm really seeing results following your training and tips, this was hard, I had to stop n use also easier variation. I got to a new level thanks to u and my consistency on practicing, which is key if u want to get anywhere in life.

    Thanks to your detailed tutorial I unlocked the last exercise!! I can't lift my legs yet but I'm able to keep my hands close to hips and lean forward as you suggested. Awesome! I'll continue to practice more on this move to increase my control and resistance. Amazing workout, I really like your style!

    LOVE This! I can't yet do it, but I love it. For me at 60 years old, it's not so much the strength (it's that too), but joint pain particularly at the base of the thumbs. Gotta figure that out...

    This work out was awesome 😎 and just want I've been looking for to follow at least 1 per week. My only suggestion is to make another one which is more in tune with the plache. I'm not a calesthenixs export however I feel this work out translates more for the hand stand ..I love how challenging it was..keep up the good work

    Love this! My shoulders are super tight though, I’m trying to do more shoulder mobility drills to loosen them up and stop being so ‘snap crackle pop’ 😅

    Hi Gabo, your follow along routines are awesome. I could not even touch my toes slightly with my hands 2 months ago but the hamstring flexibility is so much increased that I can do a complete forward bend now. My hip flexor and quad flexibility has increased, shoulder chest opening and backbending improved and I am very close to Handstand hold in the middle of room now. Can you do any follow along routines which will stretch or strengthen body to increase height?? I am 19 and very short and I could really use a follow along for my height.

      Height is mostly genetic my dear brothers. Best thing I can recommend is hanging daily, but that’s about it. I am 5 8ish and my life is great. Height won’t be too important when you guys grow a bit older ;)
