Beautiful practice to start the day; thank you Gabo for always sharing your knowledge and passion. For those that are feeling down or can’t do this practice, don’t give up. I started yoga watching Gabo about 3 years ago and it felt impossible. Today I can do everything with pleasure and without realising it. I built my flexibility, mobility and strength days after days despite back and neck issues due to 27 years working as a diving instructor. Nothing is impossible if you put your mind in it and if you practice everyday even for a short time. Keep going, you will get there 🙏🏻

I got so out of shape due to a work place accident, almost took my finger of with a tablesaw, gained weight from 96kg to 111kg, now getting back to regular fitness, this is the perfect timing for this video, will make this my new daily routine, thank you so much❤

Brother I've been following you for years now and I just love your energy man. You're always being human in your videos, but in this one it especially hit me hard. Both your tone of voice and your words. I'm 26M and I don't really hug people. Simply because I don't have that kind of relationship with any of my friends or family. Hugging my knees again at the end got me teary eyed, telling us we should be proud of ourselves for getting up, acknowledging that that is the hardest part. Giving ourselves a pat on the back for making it that far. I don't feel sad or depressed or anything (I think), but this still me hit me so hard and I don't know why, but brother thank you so much for this video.

I woke up feeling pretty ansious today, I felt a knot in my belly that I couldnt get rid of, i work at healthcare and work has been pretty intense this cuople months. Your routine got that feeling away from me with those words and body movement, so a big thanks from my heart to you, your videos have always helped me :)

Loved the routine. Didn’t love the ads 2 separate times during the routine. I know YT Premium stops that but there are a lot of other instructors on YT that monetize videos before or after the video. Don’t allow interruption during the routine IMO.

I love how the music fades in and out as you are speaking so I can always hear what you are saying but when you are silent the music gets louder.
What software editing program do you use for your videos? Is there a feature that automatically changes the volume of the music relative to your voice??

I use Fabian Diaz effort and time to do the music manually 🥲 hahaha not sure if there is an update that already does it for you. I’ll ask him. I was always very picky with him with lowering and raising the music 😂

I cant do any of this omg to be fit and flexi like that. I have knee pain neck pain shoulder pain abd lower back pain and elbow. I feel terrible every day. Watching this is depressing because i only.wosh i could do these moves . He makes them look so easy 😮

When I started stretching and yoga two months ago I could do nothing in this video. After this time, practicing 5 times a week with easier routines and progressing, I can now follow along this one. You just have to find what you can do and do it almost every day.
Hey! I understand your frustration. I recommend this:
1. Search our beginners and short routines. Start there. Build confidence and consistency!
2. YOU DO NOT NEED to do all that I do here or look ANYTHING similar. Rest as needed, modify the positions (I always explain how during the practice).
You got this my friend! You are not as fragile as you think. You just haven’t started in the right place and build up your mobility and strength over time.

Wenn Sie nach 6 Monaten keine Veränderung erkennen, dann können Sie es sein lassen.
Aber das wird nicht passieren.
Sie werden staunen, denn Sie werden eine unerwartete Erfahrung machen.😉
