    The V-Sit is one of my favorite Calisthenic's Skills. It is a combination of strength and flexibility resulting in a very impressive looking move. In this routine we'll be working on developing the strength in our shoulders and hip flexors as well as increasing our hamstrings flexibility to be able to make the move a whole lot easier (and make it look prettier too :p hehe) I hope this workout helps you as much as possible into mastering this incredible skill. Let's get that V-SIT!

      Wow, I recently found I can do a 1 second V-Sit (I can do 10 second floor L-Sit), so this was perfect timing for me.
      Also, super amazing work, excellent routine, and the PDF is above and beyond. Great stuff.

    I am stunned at the quality of every single one of your videos. I don't believe I've ever had the patience to watch whole 20 minute follow through videos like yours for fitness, but it's really fun, and really gives the impression that any of the moves you do, we can do with practice. Very encouraging, lighthearted and fun to watch. Keep it up, looking forward to watching all your other tutorials!!
    P.S: I am certain many, many of your viewers also appreciate the free transcripts and PDFs a lot! If you ever decide on putting up ads, I'm sure we'll be more than glad to watch them for you at the end of each video, for example.

    I dont think there is another person on TH-cam giving guides that comprehensive. Everytime I watch a "How to Routine" I really feel like I can achieve it. In many other videos, I am like "yea right, not gonna work for me" - but the routines you provide, combined with the information makes it easy to understand and really inspire and motivate me. So, thank you very very much. You have my deepest appreciation for the work you do!

    Wow I was unable to do a v sit for a long time and then today I just did the mobility/flexibility routine in this video and I did the V sit. Now to work on getting the feet to almost vertical like in the thumbnail and to hold it longer. Thanks you are a great teacher 🙏

    I watched your how to do a L sit tutorial...now I can hold a L sit for around 3 seconds(thanks to you !!!)
    I find it really difficult raise my legs up any further than that :(
    But I won't give up !!!!

    My strength is building a lot considerong im only 5 months doing calisthenics. I noticed i have the worst mobility and balance though. Im making it a big deal to work on this so i can perform skills strictly. I am having so much stretch pain but that how i know its working. Thanks gabo for your elite skills and the wonderful tutorials. Truly giving me inspiration to focus more on form,mobility and balance over pure strength and power.you are a wonderful individual that definately shows you love what you do and love those who peruse this passion as well.     Mad relief to my lower back issues.. i know a lot related with them.. .and i know a lot of different approaches to decrease its acuteness but this if its not the best, its easily number two. .and not even relief related.. .maybe a possible all time solution to my ache.. .the funny thing is that i used to perform L sits without even knowing how good these were to my lower back.. .I guess sometimes you have to be in pain to really magnify how beneficial can be some move patterns to your body.. .im fullfilled to the tears by now, thanks for the knowledge.

    I'm going to be doing this one, the pistol squat one and the handstand one for beginners as one workout, twice a week. Maybe that is not a lot for some of the progressions where you asked to do it everyday, but I will add another workout (B) to the mix, and some hiit in between, to be doing other things that I want to learn. Let's see if I can do it all for a month! Thank you for the awesome content!! You're great!

    As indeed, the tuck v-sit on the group is way easy for me i can hold up to 10sec. However, the v-sit is rlly hard.

      @@chancedaman9634 a couple of weeks for a good L-sit, then I trained it until I could hold it for at least 20 seconds, then I trained the V-sit with this routine 2-3 times per week for a month and got my first one

    Really great video. I thought I was fit and strong. Yesterday I did 422 press up burpees in 35 minutes. I do 250 pull ups in a workout. I can barely do an L-sit! This is very humbling but I want to get that hit mobility strength and this is great. Thanks for the video.

      @@vojtacermak1992 I used to do twice times a week, but I did the stretchings all the days. The Stretching is much more important than the strength in this exercise.

    I can hold L-sits for 30 seconds now, sometimes as a support hold variation warmup, will attempt doing this soon.

    First of all Many thanks for the PDF Gabo :) shows you really put efford in your work. Sadly i don't have any pull up bars in the area around my house, would like to try toes to bars cuz i've never done it. Secondly i don't have any yoga blocks either but i saw you having some spare saturno blocks ;) i'll be having a set of those in the future when they'll be available
