When you workout regularly, eat clean healthy tasty, sleep enough.. Life becomes better. Goals get achieved faster and things are getting done in a more efficient way. I can clearly say that working out makes people suffer for only 30-60 min, but they become happy for the rest of their lives.
Hoping this will help toning my thighs to get rid of cellulite on my thighs and booty. Doing this 5 days a week for 2 weeks. Day 1- Done(Loved the 🔥🔥) Day 2- ✔️ (woke up with my quads burning) Day 3- Done, my legs are on 🔥 Day 4- ✔️ I don’t see a difference, but I absolutely feel it. 🥰 Day 5- ✔️ Ahhh, it’s the end of week 1. Thank You Jesus🔥🔥 Like to remind me please. ❤
I have never been consistent and never worked out for more then 3 days in a row as I always opted for HIIT workout or cardio workouts but after 4 years I have decided to restart working out and consistently but this time I decided to try out pilates and I started with the 2023 full body pilates 12 min and hourglass 7 min workout 14 days challenge 2023 and I am going to add this to my workout routine after I become a bit used to working out. Today is my 5th day even though I haven't received huge changes my waist went from 32 inches to 31.7 but I think it's progress not to mention I feel like I am becoming stronger and more active :))
