The burns targets all of your body parts, so cardio and hiit workouts will work. The answer to your question is yes, it though depends on the workouts you do and your diet. Best advice from me to motivate you is to do abs and lower abs hiit or workout with the thighs workout - I did these workouts and they pretty much worked and lost weight. Good luck!

I’ve recently incorporated growwithjo’s 3 mile walking exercise. But my thing is I’m so inconsistent. I get frustrated when I don’t see results right away and I just switch to a different workout. But I’m breaking that habit 🙃. So thank you so much for this advice. It helped sooo much❤️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
@@svqa8963 I’m pretty sure it does work but it mainly focuses on your diet and how your metabolism works. Every body is different so I don’t know the real answer for your question, sorry!

baby just one time for one hour if you can’t and before you do any exercise videos dance or run for 15 minutes 5 times a week you have to rest
