Dicor is a brand name but it's still EPDM which can be had cheaper at any commercial roofing supply. Dicor caulk isn't the be all end all, like all rubber/ butyl based produces it drys out and cracks and must be maintained. People often misuse it making it less effective. OSI rubber works better if applied correctly.

Epdm does not dryout, rot, peroid.
The only failure happens when the flashing at termination bars, pipe seals, skylights, vents.
I been installing Carisle Commercial roofing products for over thirty years.
      The video was spot on.

no sealant under/between the roof and the mouldings?? would make sense to have a gasket at this location instead of just gooping lap sealant on top. would last way longer

Old fashion butyl tape is still the best for that application, but automotive butyl might be better

no sealant between membrane and existing surface on the side at the bottom of the termination bar? Easy place for water to be forced up during rain in transport.

WTH? I tried clicking on the links and all of them "could not be found". I know the Carlisle name. It's all we used when I was in commercial roofing. It is a shame. I just need a complete roofing replacement kit for my camper. Looks like I'll have to buy someone else's.

Just saying, that's not 3/8" plywood you are showing them installing.....likely 1/4".

Chad leadbetter has better tips to doing your roof without leaving tons of air bubbles or glue blob bulges don't try to do so much roof at once but more like 3-4 ft sections and finding a stapler that does the beefy 1/2 inch is a pain...

Don’t you have to apply adhesive under the whole length of membrane or just front and back?
