    Just did it! I'm slowly starting to workout again after months of sitting still so it was perfect 💪The different moves were just going on long enough for me to not give up in the middle of the exercise haha

    Great workout 💪 ❤️ all the moves. My faves were Frankenstein leg cross with arm twist and lunges small twist with prayer arm press to feel abs more 💪🙂👍
