    When I started this video it had 17k views. After I finished it had 18k. I think I just worked out with 1000 people. Cool. I didn't do every move exactly like the trainers but this workout was fun. My favorite part was when Ai Lee said to grab a sword. That was unexpected and thrilling. Have a badass day everyone.

    I love the few vids I have found with Ai Lee Syarief leading a 20-min STRONG routine. This one was tough, though. Trying to keep up with the coordination was challenging. But it was a good burn from what I was able to keep up with.

    One of the very few workouts I really enjoy from Pop sugar. Ai Lee had such great energy! This workout was challenging yet fun and admit it made you feel like a super hero didn't it 😄

    How nice to see your crew demonstrate the exercises!!
    This was a very nice sweat, I enjoyed it very very much! Burned 190 calories and did 3000 steps in just 30mn while HAVING FUN !!! Who can ask for anything more?! I also enjoyed working my coordination, my memory and anticipation (trying to remember the move following the one I am just doing). Great workout for the heart and brain! Thank you so much!!!!     💪🏾 Amazing HIIT workout! 😅 It got me sweating buckets! 20 minutes goes by fast! It's great to see Ai Lee back on Popsugar! Her workouts are always so fun to do and effective! I still do her 20 minute STRONG by Zumba workout, which it's one of my favorites til this day! This workout made me feel like a ninja and a total baddie! I hope STRONG Nation comes back to Popsugar!     the workout is hard to follow, because the camera angle is bad. It always switches between the people. The music is too silent. Aileen is great!😊yougotthis. Please show the time progression
