Since I don't trust people here I'm gonna be doing these for a year twice a day. I started today. I'm a 16 year old female. Start: 165 cm Goal: 169+ Miracle: 175 Edit: Don't want to ruin your luck but there's a good chance that these people observing changes by 2cm in a week , is basically because they measured themselves in the evening or morning. Also I've been doing these exercises for years, although they gave me a boost, you can't exepect nothing too tremendous. I'm now 166 cm. We women (sadly) don't grow much after our menarche and height is mainly genetics. (90% of the cases) Sorry.

@@FushiguroTojizeninuhm. Stretching definitely does help to grow, even a 7 year old would know that. Moreover, it helps you to maintain a good posture. Indian kids are very tall. A 12 year old in my school is 162cm on a scale of AVERAGE. And, i don't only do this exercise, i do a lot more of other things, like a LOT. Lastly, FYI, i didn't start puberty/am not in the process of it yet.

Each run through of the playlist takes 1 hour, and I usually do it two times a day. The growth hormone levels in my body are around 2.9(the average is around 3 I think because the doctor said my growth hormone was only a bit under average) so I still have growth potential to grow a few more inches even though my plates are already fused. The usually look at me in shock, say a quick “sorry!”, and run away. The girls usually stop and frantically check up on me and I’m grateful for that). Edit: Don't want to ruin your luck but there's a good chance that these people observing changes by 2cm in a week , is basically because they measured themselves in the evening or morning. Also I've been doing these exercises for years, although they gave me a boost, you can't exepect nothing too tremendous. I'm now 166 cm. We women (sadly) don't grow much after our menarche and height is mainly genetics. (90% of the cases) Sorry.

@@FushiguroTojizeninuhm. Stretching definitely does help to grow, even a 7 year old would know that. Moreover, it helps you to maintain a good posture. Indian kids are very tall. A 12 year old in my school is 162cm on a scale of AVERAGE. And, i don't only do this exercise, i do a lot more of other things, like a LOT. Lastly, FYI, i didn't start puberty/am not in the process of it yet.

// I’ve been doing yoga for thirty days with other videos (I started this one later than the rest) proving to me that this actually works and have grown half a cm. I’m extremely grateful and thankful since I haven’t grown in months, but I’m not going to stop until I reach my goal. I’ve made an entire playlist of these videos and do them daily. Each run through of the playlist takes 1 hour, and I usually do it two times a day. I don’t know what I’m going to do when I start high school in 9 days, since I won’t have much time, but I’ll figure something out. I’m in the last 5 percent of my growth. The growth hormone levels in my body are around 2.9(the average is around 3 I think because the doctor said my growth hormone was only a bit under average) so I still have growth potential to grow a few more inches even though my plates are already fused. Wish me luck ❤. It’s been my dream to reach 5 ft since I was 12. I always feel like a sore thumb compared to the other girls in my class who are 4’11-5’4. Sometimes people make fun/ point out my height and purposefully exclude me for my childlike appearance. I want to be tall so that I can be even stronger in my BJJ and kickboxing classes. So that I won’t have to climb up to reach tall shelves. So I won’t get trampled in school hallways(sometimes people actually climb onto each other’s backs and fall onto me out of carelessness. I usually fall to the floor and bang my head on someone’s rolly backpack or metal water bottle. It’s always the insane rowdy boys who do this. The usually look at me in shock, say a quick “sorry!”, and run away. The girls usually stop and frantically check up on me and I’m grateful for that). To see the shock on my classmates’s faces at eye level!
