I was 151cm for the longest time but recently got measured at 154cm by my physiotherapist. I feel even more motivated than before to reach my goal height now (157cm and above)! A huge reminder to myself to love and appreciate my body while doing these exercises, it’s doing its best 💌🙏 UPDATE: I went for another physio appointment yesterday and was measured at 156cm! I'm feeling optimistic and excited :') UPDATE2: It’s been 4 months. I had progress checking with my physio the other day and I’m 158.5 cm now! I’m sure my improved posture played a part in this growth, but going from being stuck at 151cm to 158.5cm now really exceeded my expectations 🥺 I’m going to keep exercising and see how far I can go 💪💌

For those who asking for age well it works for all ages if you will eat properly. And focus on your goals. Even after 18+ you can grow your height. I was 18 when i tried and i grow 1 inch but due to some health problems i stopped currently i am 20 and i'll try again. My height was 5'2 and when i did exercise i was like 5'3. So I'll say don't give up. First of all it's depends on you and your genes and for genes you can have a good diets. You'll grow automatically.. Rn my goals is 5'9 and I'll try my best. I follow some rules to grow tall- 1.drink enough water 2.jump rope everyday. 3.sleep straight. 4.sit straight. 5.drink at least 1 glass of milk everyday. And drink enough water before the exercise.

Hey guys I just wanna say this may or may not work but will work for teens, height is only based on genetics, it just straightens your spine, you won't grow your height (again) is really just based on genetics! But this exercise can also burn fat which is a benefit to your body when performing this exercise :))) Hope this helps!

I'm 18 years old & 186.8cm(about 6' 1.5'') tall boy from Seoul.After i saw this video i followed this guide for last 6 months & now my latest measurement was 192.2 cm(6' 3'').It helped me directly suppressed about 2 inches.First i thought it's because of some metabolism diseases but after had a conversation with a specialist,it was said my bone plate was already reached the limit & the reason i became taller was because. of streching exercises(It doesn't make me taller but when i stopped bending down & there was so called ''hidden height''.)That's it,i love this video.

Ngl,3 times a day in part of my other exercises(Taekwondo flexing & Swimming). Although. my previous height six months ago was 186.8cm(6'1''.5) already perfect enough & i'm just want to erase the part i'm always bending down like a grandpa🤧 but didn't expect i had taller about 2 more inches(192.2cm)🗿.Don't try only these exercises in this video if you want to taller.The reason i like this video was because it's easy to do unlike other flexings & i think these exercises mainly the reason i become taller.❤ Of course,if you are under 20 in age.It was said 18 is the limit of growth but as you see i'm become taller in late 18s without any metabolic diseases.🎉🎉

just so you know, this doesnt make you grow, it just straightens your spine because if youre crouched all the time, you will look smaller so this is only to straighten the spine which will make you look taller but u wont actually grow
@@Wony_- Well I cannot see how exactly your spine is, but most people are actually a bit shorter because theyre crouching, if you dont already do exercises like this then you might be crouching as well so yes, its possible that you look a few cm shorter than you should be because of that

I’ve never continuously finished these types of videos before but I tried this for 5 days now (Mon-Fri). It’s really short and easy and it ends before I know it. Setting an alarm at the same time every day can help with staying consistent. I think using a yoga mat is easier on the knees 😂 If you’re willing to try it, you got this! Thank you for this video!!

I was 151cm for the longest time but recently got measured at 154cm by my physiotherapist. I feel even more motivated than before to reach my goal height now (157cm and above)! A huge reminder to myself to love and appreciate my body while doing these exercises, it’s doing its best 💌🙏
UPDATE: I went for another physio appointment yesterday and was measured at 156cm! I'm feeling optimistic and excited :')
UPDATE2: It’s been 4 months. I had progress checking with my physio the other day and I’m 158.5 cm now! I’m sure my improved posture played a part in this growth, but going from being stuck at 151cm to 158.5cm now really exceeded my expectations 🥺 I’m going to keep exercising and see how far I can go 💪💌

For those who asking for age well it works for all ages if you will eat properly. And focus on your goals. Even after 18+ you can grow your height. I was 18 when i tried and i grow 1 inch but due to some health problems i stopped currently i am 20 and i'll try again. My height was 5'2 and when i did exercise i was like 5'3. So I'll say don't give up. First of all it's depends on you and your genes and for genes you can have a good diets. You'll grow automatically.. Rn my goals is 5'9 and I'll try my best. hello I am Faiza from Bangladesh. I am 13 years old. I started this exercise on 15th April 2024. a week ago my height was 146 cm. a week letter when I checked my height I was totally amazed! I grew 3 cm taller!! I can't explain how happy I am. now my height is 149 cm. My goal height is 167 cm. I did not give up hope. I do this exercise 2 times in a day. Also I follow some rules of increase height. Hope I can be 167 cm one day. thank you very much. And everyone should do this exercise.
I follow some rules to grow tall-
1.drink enough water
2.jump rope everyday.
3.sleep straight.
4.sit straight.
5.drink at least 1 glass of milk everyday.
And drink enough water before
the exercise.

Hey guys I just wanna say this may or may not work but will work for teens, height is only based on genetics, it just straightens your spine, you won't grow your height (again) is really just based on genetics! But this exercise can also burn fat which is a benefit to your body when performing this exercise :))) Hope this helps!

I'm 18 years old & 186.8cm(about 6' 1.5'') tall boy from Seoul.After i saw this video i followed this guide for last 6 months & now my latest measurement was 192.2 cm(6' 3'').It helped me directly suppressed about 2 inches.First i thought it's because of some metabolism diseases but after had a conversation with a specialist,it was said my bone plate was already reached the limit & the reason i became taller was because. of streching exercises(It doesn't make me taller but when i stopped bending down & there was so called ''hidden height''.)That's it,i love this video.

Ngl,3 times a day in part of my other exercises(Taekwondo flexing & Swimming). Although. my previous height six months ago was 186.8cm(6'1''.5) already perfect enough & i'm just want to erase the part i'm always bending down like a grandpa🤧 but didn't expect i had taller about 2 more inches(192.2cm)🗿.Don't try only these exercises in this video if you want to taller.The reason i like this video was because it's easy to do unlike other flexings & i think these exercises mainly the reason i become taller.❤ Of course,if you are under 20 in age.It was said 18 is the limit of growth but as you see i'm become taller in late 18s without any metabolic diseases.🎉🎉

@@ahsanchy5217 Although my height before 18 was 186.8cm(6'1''),There's about 1 in 100 people who's taller than me.I cannot say my self a tall guy.Even now my current height was 192cm(6'3),Last week when i go to busan,i saw a Yankee towering around 6'4'' or 5'' who's taller than me.Although It's only him i see as a tall guy during my trip to Busan,I'm still don't know if i could really considered myself a towering height in South Korea.🤣🤣

just so you know, this doesnt make you grow, it just straightens your spine because if youre crouched all the time, you will look smaller so this is only to straighten the spine which will make you look taller but u wont actually grow

@@Wony_- Well I cannot see how exactly your spine is, but most people are actually a bit shorter because theyre crouching, if you dont already do exercises like this then you might be crouching as well so yes, its possible that you look a few cm shorter than you should be because of that

I was 5'3 on july and rn i am shooting for 5'7 by december. I have been watching that kind vids for a while now and using supp called Shiydf and damn that combination really got me growing 1cm or so every month, Thank you keep up the vids!

I’ve never continuously finished these types of videos before but I tried this for 5 days now (Mon-Fri). It’s really short and easy and it ends before I know it. Setting an alarm at the same time every day can help with staying consistent. I think using a yoga mat is easier on the knees 😂 If you’re willing to try it, you got this! Thank you for this video!!
