Also, another tip for anyone who's aiming to loose some weight: do not pay attention to the scale. That number on the scale cannot determine what percentage is water/fat/muscle or bones. Pay attention to how your clothes start to fit you. This is how you know you have successfully reduce your body fat % and not just water retention.
@@komouchi3002 eat healthier and do sport. A diet is not good for your growth and you don’t have to diet, your weight is good. If you wanna change your body just do sport (but not extreme) | Sorry if I made mistakes I speak French
@@komouchi3002 Hi! Unfortunately, I cannot give you too much of advice because I don't know your weight, height, eating habits, clinical history, etc. But the easiest way to be healthy is by eating vibrant food, drinking lots of water and being active. Always aim for eating less highly processed food. The more natural the food is the healthier would be. I always recommend my patients to make sure half of their plate is full of raw/cooked veggies, and the other half of the plate divided by good source/high quality of meats (if you eat them), fats and carbs. Take a look to the "Plate Method" on google. Nevertheless, always, always, always consult with a nutritionist/dietitian who can advice you properly a help you out to meet your goals.
@@komouchi3002 I would not recommend following this video at your age, you still have a lot of growing to do. If you honestly think your weight is an issue speak to your GP, or just find out how much calories you should be taking in during the day and start calorie counting so you don't over eat. Or do what I did at your age and just enjoy the best moments of your teenage years, but do add some exercises. Try skipping, it's helped me reduce my tummy size and has helped improve my bone density.
You can absolutely pay attention to the scale if you're obese because it takes a long time to physically see results on your body. If you're just like maybe 10~15kg overweight then yes, dont
Bruh it’s literally encouraging it. This is a literal eating disorder. Making an aesthetic little video with a step by step guide of how to lose an unhealthy amount of weight in such a short time period is PROMOTING DISORDERED EATING. THIS IS NOT HEALTHY AND SHOULD NOT BE ENCOURAGED.

Sad truth is if you’re not losing calories you won’t lose weight and only thing to help that is eating less or work out but eating less is faster which ultimately is unhealthy bcs ur body isn’t mean to be tiny it’s meant to be strong so take care!
Lian K Bo Yes exactly it’s not sustainable I understand if it’s for photo shoot or wedding but some ppl thinking you can always eat like that is just not realistic. Not to mention we NEED nutrients to have healthy hair nails immune system everything so eating is super important more so than exercise no amount of working out outweighs bad diet i hope ppl also get rid of this whole skinny trend and focus on being strong happy and healthy oh well XD
You are wrong. Eating less calories is not ultimately unhealthy. Eating more calories than you need makes you gain weight as your body converts the extra energy you consumed into fat Eating same amount of calories as you need maintains your current weight. Eating less calories than you need makes you lose weight because your body starts using your fat storages for energy. This video here is an example of extreme dieting. Eating less calories than you need is just as easily done with proper meals without hunger or cravings, it will just be slower progress. Average woman needs around 2000 calories a day. For weight loss, 1500 calories would be fine. That means you would lose about 500 g per week and 2 kgs per month.
M. Jaakkola I’m not wrong You are extremely wrong eating only tomatoes for dinner in unhealthy pls go educate urself no one was talking bout 500cal deficient u ppl love to start drama online and you don’t even know what we talking bout grow up dear u wrong here ☺️
my tip for those who think abt "dieting" or eating healthy, here's my routine: 1. drink water/lemon water/green tea before meals 2. five meals a day (breakfast , snack, lunch, snack, lunch , & that's every 3 hours so it's probably best to wake up early like around 7am) btw PROTEINNNN protein is so important to include in meals especially breakfast, lunch, dinner as it helps reduce fat & sugar cravings. 3. be mindful of your food portions normally you should arrange two handfuls of veggies, one handful of protein, and a knuckle size of carbs. Slow eating too, take about 30 secs before u take a bite & chew chew chewww 4. 15 min walk after my meals (if it gets dark outside usually I stay home and walk up n down my stairs or around the house) 5. CONSISTENT SLEEPING! to maintain weight, get 8 hours of sleep and track the timing you sleep & wake up to keep your schedule consistent. THE TIMING U EAT & SLEEP IS REALLY IMPORTANT & BENEFICIAL because you want to starve the fat and feed the muscles. and it's okay if you mess up I've never had a full week of actually following my routine consistently, there's always that one day during the week where I ate during my meal breaks, binged, didn't get protein, didn't sleep enough, didn't walk, or drink water enough and sometimes I go a whole week of not caring but that's just cuz we humans and it's very natural and nothing to be guilty of because it's only for a matter of time until I naturally fall back into my healthy eating. Please take care and thank u for taking my tips in consideration! Listen to your body always and give it all the love 💓
in other words, stay in a healthy caloric deficit like -300 calories below your maintenance number and eat at least 1g of protein per kg body weight to avoid losing muscles in a weight loss which also requires you to active your muscles regularly to avoid muscleatrophy, therefore do workouts
Five meals a day??? No matter how little or how healthy you eat, eating 5 times a day will only slow down the process of weight loss. Your insulin level will rise everytime you eat and it will stop the weight loss. That's why it's better to have 3 or 2 big meals a day, no snacking in between. You might lose weight by eating 5 times a day, but it will be much slower 😕
Am I the only who simultaneously keeps on watching diet vlog and cafe vlog?😂 First I get motivated to diet and then I loose it after watching all those cakes 😂

@Khushi Akter Omg tell me about it! Dieting is hard.. exercising is hard.. but those are the things you have to do in order to see results unfortunately :(
@@03gamze03 u know I posted this comment like 2years ago 😂 and I had no idea it got over 700 likes 😂🤦🏻♀️. Yes actually now I know its totally starvation but at that time i was so desperate to lose some weight. The only good thing about this video is that she warns that '' this is an unhealthy diet and its a short time diet. Thats all. "
I'm in a similar situation as you. I've gained about 20 lbs compared to my previous weight of 135. Wrestling season has started, and I only have four days before we get certified-weighed. I plan to start this diet tomorrow, I hope it works! - Day 1 - i followed it pretty roughly. I substituted the soy milk with almond milk, and ate a full tomato instead of 6 cherry tomatoes for dinner. I ate one cracker, and about 4 grapes extra. I had a water polo game today, but didn't feel any fatigue so far. I'll check weight tomorrow morning. Day 2 - I lost 2 lbs!! ~ followed the diet loosely again. Ate three crackers, three grapes extra. Weight check again tomorrow morning. Day 3 - I lost 1 lb!! After wrestling practice early this morning i lost another pound. I followed today's meals roughly, again. I skipped breakfast and came home in time for lunch, so i ended up blending a banana, an apple, and about a cup and a half of almond milk to suffice for bruch. I ate a tomato for dinner, and snuck in 3 crackers, 1 baby carrot, and a teaspoon of hummus. Days 4 & 5 update: I decided to end the diet early since I really need to start exercising intensely again, and can't afford to do so whilst on such a strict diet. Conclusion: It did work, obviously. With my critiqued diet (the snacks in between, full tomato for dinner, almond milk instead of soy milk), it worked nicely, too. Just as other comments read, I only recommend this to those who desperately need to loose weight in a short period of time like me. It's meant to be short term, to lead you into a healthier, more consistent *lifestyle*. Since monday of last week, to sunday of this week, I've lost 6 lbs collectively. Note, I started thursday, and lost 4 lbs up till sunday because of the diet. The other two were for the various sports I partake in. I willingly took a risk with this diet, maintaining it with vigorous practices and all. Nonetheless, as I said previous, it did help me loose about two months of gained weight and push me back into a healthy lifestyle. :)
@@underwirez actually, I'm regulating at 125 pounds now. As I said the diet was to push me into a healthier life style, not actually help me permanently lose those 6 lbs. It did help with making weight in wrestling in a short time though, something many wrestlers struggle with.
@@underwirez good moring - your missing the point completely. I looked at this video because I needed something to help me cut a decent amount of weight in a short period of time. I'm assuming you haven't wrestled a day in your life based on your stubborn attitude and reluctance to understand considering the circumstances and context I've provided thus far. All I meant was this directed me at continuously maintaining a good diet so I wouldn't have to do this again.
This diet actually works. I lost 5 kgs in 5 days. It was quite hard seeing ur family eating Chinese infront of ur eyes but pain is gain💪🏽. Definitely recommended if you’re trying to lose and a reminder that your only doing this for u but not for anyone else.

@@dimamohammed1627 This type of diet is dangerous for people like us. I have binge eating disorder for I don't know how many years. These kinda diets where we restrict so much make us binge even more & after that we gain all what we lost easily. Best way to diet is to include all food groups in our diet & have healthy snacks in between. Sustainable diets are the best.
Honey no please don’t do this diet this is like an eating disorder served on a silver platter, the weight u lost is just water weight cause you weren’t bloated in the morning since the diet has very less food you’ll gain it back in a day too if u start having normal meals and might even out on more weight
Yo advice here stranger, these kind of diets should at most be followed only 7 days and on the 2nd week, go on a healthy diet, you can eat what you want but you have to cut half of the portion you normally eat but you gotta watch out for the calories as well. And lastly don't ever try to go on strict diet like this one for 2 weeks or a month, you will probably damage your body and will eventually lead you to eating disorders. Take care, I hope I help abit 😁😁.

I just came back from vacation and feel horrible after eating all that stuff and I gained 7 lbs so I'm excited to try this and get all of it down right before school. day 1: 132 lbs. I just finished breakfast and it wasn't bad at all. I'm already eating healthy so I'm not sure this will work that well but I still know I'm going to lose my excess weight. breakfast was pretty easy I'm just craving eggs though haha. I drank almost a liter of water this morning and I'm going to follow through. I was craving stuff after dinner (tomatoes) so I went to sleep early and it was all good. Also, try to be active! I walked for 25 minutes and really enjoyed it. I think this is what is making me lose faster too. Day 2: 127.4. woahhhhh my reaction to how fast this worked was actually crazy. I didn't expect it to work this quickly. I never really drink water but drank a lot yesterday so it's probably the key to losing this fast. Not gonna quit!! I ate a pickle and extra egg today and I’m so upset how it’s really hard to diet when there are people in your family eating around you 😢. I'm going to be more strict from now on because this is one of the first diets that worked for me. but whatever you do don't drink too much water at once because then you will feel good and maybe a little nauseous. (-5.6 lb or 2.5 kg) Day 3: 126.2. I weighed myself after I ate breakfast (apples and almond milk) so I'm not sure if it affects it but the progress made only in 2 days is really good. my head hurts a bit but I'm fine I'm going to try and take some red ginseng or caffeinated tea. Going for a walk again today. Trying to go every day to be more active. Day 4: 125.6. So bad news.... my school starts tomorrow so I'm not sure if I will be able to keep up but I'm going to try my best and drink a lot of water too. So yesterday I kind of cheated for lunch... but I think its all good because my body needed it and after that, I thought I could burn it all by going on a run/walk. (Keep in mind I drank a lot of water too just to keep up with the diet. and it helped a lot) I was scared I was going to gain all the weight back because I had fiber and protein but it all turned out good so I'm really happy. If you accidentally cheat on the diet try to burn it haha. but be careful because if you are dizzy or really weakening only go for a walk.
You’re dizzy because your eating, what, like 500 calories a day? Even less, because I see your still working out? Have some sense, please. You should be losing 0.25-0.5-0.9kgs (0.5-1-2 lbs) per week (slow, average, fast) and there’s a bunch of diets on youtube that can help with that, but it’s definitely not this one!!
Hello, thank you for sharing your ideas! You really helped me kickstart a change after the holidays. I roughly followed the types of meals you showed and lost just under 10 lbs in 5 days! I wanted to make a hard break from all of the Christmas and New Years’ treats and indulgences and spring back into a healthy lifestyle. So thank you for the help!

im starting this diet tomorrow!!! im really excited about it so im preparing the progress comment already haha *Day1- 61.4kg - so far so good ! im bloated from high salt intake so hopefully this diet will fix it! *Day2- 60.3kg - nice! i modified the diet to have all the food allowed together as 'brunch'; i ate celery sticks at 1am bc i couldn't sleep from hunger 💀💀 *Day3- 60.3kg - i spread out todays food throughout the day and that made the diet much easier to follow! hopefully ill lose by tomorrow :-/ *Day4- 59.1kg - yesterday was easier tbh *Day5- 59.1kg - i started my period today so ill assume i didnt lose bc of that lmao final result: 58.6kg After having completed the diet, i can say that i dont recommend it to anyone except those who ARENT dieting currently and want to lose weight really fast. as you can see, i 'only' lost 2.8kg in five days, even tho i followed the diet well. This difference in the amount of weight lost comes from the fact that i was already on a diet before (no food/water weight to lose). its way too hard of a diet to justify that amount, not to mention unhealthy. you could likely lose the same amount by choosing other foods that may prevent health side effects. remember that the absolute minimum amount of protein you have to consume a day is 0.4g/kg a day!!! (recommended range is 0.8-1g/kg) otherwise you may suffer long term consequences. i tried to keep to this minimum range even while following this diet. thats it from me! im glad this diet is over haha i wish everyone reading a good day
Hey! Sorry to bother you, but please hear me out! You might feel really motivated to pick up on the diet the girl is showing in her video:-) I know that enthusiasm. But you might want to consider another, more sustainable way to lose weight. Excessive dieting can be really damaging for the body and mental health and people that engage in these diets often gain all the weight and more back. Do you know the series "the biggest loser"? It happened to almost all the candidates. I totally understand if you want to lose weight, but there are more healthy ways like a slight calorie deficit, that will be far more effective in the long run. If you still want to try this diet, please at least eat something filling when you get hungry and don't feel bad about it. Restricting food and just trying to be "healthy" had almost led me to an eating disorder as so many others and you do not want to be there, seriously, it is never fun. I wish you all the best💕

you got this! you can do this! how are you feeling? also, I'm looking for a healthier diet since I need to lose wait but without the risk of feeling dizzy and everything. remember to not do this forever, five days are fine if you need to lose wait really fast.
For those who watch this, I do believe it helps but it’s not very healthy. The food she eats is beneficial but the portions are tiny and if you have school, work or you exercise, this wil not provide you with enough energy. My tip is to cut down on processed foods, sugar and gluten to a certain extent, but don’t restrict yourself fully. Have a cheat day on a weekend too so you maintain a healthy relationship with food. Keep your portions realistic and to your appeal. When you feel full, stop eating. Don’t try feel the need to finish what’s on your plate. Exercise daily. It’s so important to keep yourself active and going around. It’s healthy and also helps your mental health. Another thing is to drink loads of water. Like genuinely drink tons of water throughout the day. For me personally when I started losing weight, my problems were always the same, I was incredibly dehydrated. I was so dehydrated that I’d genuinely be unable yo do things throughout the day bc I was too drained out and tired. A way I forced myself to drink water was before meals, during the day if I felt hungry, and after I exercise. (Another thing about the water is not to drink it right after your meals, I heard it’s not good for your gut health and your stomach can’t process it well enough, so try hold yourself back) Last thing is to stay consistent!! I know it’s hard and it will be for a while but truly, it’s an amazing thing to endure. When you start seeing the progress it’s honestly wonderful and you’ll find your mood improving too after you see the results every time you look at yourself in the mirror. Love you all and I really hope everyone is doing well ❤
I remember being 16 or 17 (now 22 yrs old) and I used to watch these kinds of videos hoping to lose weight fast without knowing its negative effects on my mental and physical health (just focusing on weightloss) now, after doing so many of these "diets" I'm battling with an extremely unhealthy body image issues, ED and depression made me wish I hadn't tried these. For those who are reading this who still have a healthy relationship with food but wanted to lose weight. Don't ever try these kinds of extremely restrictive diets. These will make you unhealthy and unhappy in general because your whole system will react negatively to it. Those few pounds you've lost aren't worth the stress and disorder you'll probably acquire along the way. Start being healthy, not restrictive. Don't searxh for these kinds of extreme diets for fast weight loss. They aren't sustainable thus aren't just effective!!!!!!! Pleaseee for the love of god, don't skip meals, don't let yourself starve, don't stop yourself from enjoying the foods you love. Start slow by being active and swapping healthier alternatives for your food. Starting this way could prevent you from developing unhealthy relationship food, yourseld and life. Go eat that cake, be healthy and be happy.
I agree with every word. I am now 25 and I used to watch these videos… so sad I made myself this. Now I am consistently losing weight and eating a lot of healthy foods (1200 kcal/day and I am really short), I eat 3 full meals + 2 snacks :P never avoiding carbs or fat, always happy to do workout :) I lost 5 kg so far! For anyone reading this: please don’t do this to yourself… it’s only going to make you sad, and starved. And eventually leading to eat even more. Go on a Mediterranean diet of about 1200-1300 kcal/day, do workout and be consistent! You have no idea of how much progress you’ll see. Especially in your mood :)
So I followed the diet for 3 days. I lost 5lbs. I stopped because I want to go to the gym and I need more energy. I think it’s a working short term diet if not going over the 5 days. My goal is to lose 20 lbs overall, but losing this as fast as I did gave me a quick happy confidence boost and I feel like I can take over now with exercise and proper eating.
I’ll try this diet and will update everyday! I am very excited about it! My weight is currently 56.5kg and my actual goal weight is 48kg but I hope that I’ll reach at least 53kg with this diet. Day 1- I ate exactly the same food as her, and drank 2L water. I also did some exercises for 30 minutes and walked 9300 steps. (weight 56.5kg) Day 2- I ate exactly the same as her, but I didn’t have tomatoes, so I made scrambled egg with four cherry tomatoes. Later I had four cherry tomatoes instead of six. I also had Karate practice for 1,5 hours in the evening and walked around 6500 steps. I was very tired and had no energy in tge morning, so I had breakfast straightaway. I also craved for delicious food but I didn’t give up!(weight 56.3kg , that actually dissapointed me bc I thought I wouls lose more but maybe my muscles were still big from tge day before idk) Day 3- I ate everything as her but I felt in the morning also dizzy, so I ate straight away. I also had one hour of Karate practice and walked around 7300 steps. I only drank 1L of water. In the evening I finally went to the toilet as I could not poop since day one lol, so my stomach got flatter finally. (weight 55.8kg) Day 4- I still don’t have tomatoes so instead of one big tomato I ate again six cherry tomatoes, so in total I had 14 cherry tomatoes. I drank maybe 1L water and stayed home today. I didn’t exercise much since I don’t have really much energy. I wanted to run for 10 minutes at least but ended up running only three minutes lol. I did some stretching and cleaned the house. My mom did delicious food and I wanted it so bad but I remembered that I am almost done with this diet so I can’t give up now. (weight 55.3kg) Day 5- I ate the same as her but again instead of one big tomato, I gad six cherry tomatoes. My mom made delicious food and bought desserts, but I didn’t give up, it’s the last day. Through all these days I felt dizzy and had not much energy. But I am really proud that I could finish this diet and lost some weight. (weight 54.8kg)
Your mom is the biggest temptation within those 5 days 🤣🤣. And ya you didn't lose fast like her because you were doing exercises, probably you gained muscle but still lose fat. You did s very good job.
I know how you feel 🥺 I'm also 5'7 and over these past few months, I've just been binging and doing nothing so I gained 7 kg.. But I'm starting my diet again and want to achieve my ideal weight! Good luck to both you and me!❤

For eggs, I use small amount of water, heat it on the pan and drop the egg. It is healthy or try poach eggs too. Eat raw cucumber, celery and carrot slices too.
No hate just a reminder that if you lose weight that quickly, you'll gain it back that quickly too. If you want a long term weight loss it's better to have lifestyle changes than to resort to these diets because these aren't healthy and it is, of course a diet you can't use for all your life.
Envious of how fresh the groceries look in Korea, I live in Singapore and the majority of our food are imported from other countries, the food is still fresh but you rarely get beautiful round and bright red tomatoes in regular supermarkets, it's usually slightly bruised or not as red, etc. :( same for any other kinds of vegetables or fruits
Maby they look perfectly round and bright red but naturally grown tomatoes (fruits, veggies) are not perfect! Producers add a lot of chemicals to make them look perfect and stay fresh for longer, so more people will buy it and they could transport it to the other countries :c
oh that sucks actually... ive lived in two countries, spain and slovakia, and the difference is unbelievable. especially when it comes to flavor. some of my professors even told me that veggies from slovakia dont have as many vitamins bc of the lack of sunlight throughout the year. it makes a big difference for me... im way happier when i can eat delicious veggies haha

I added a bit of cooked liver and carrots to my dinner (only +45 cals) because my parents made that for their dinner. I exchanged the milk that you drink in your video to regular lactosefree milk. I exercised (dancing). Day 2: -1kg | 76kg. It's hard to resist when there's Ramen and sweets in front of me, so I hid them in our hamster room. I exercised (dancing) Day 3: -2,5 | 74,9kg. I gotta mention I always weigh myself in the morning after the day which I count as the real weight loss of the day before then. So as I write this, I actually begin day 4 Day 4: -3,3kg | 74,1kg. I did a little oopsie and ate sweets but these only made me reach the same calorie intake as the previous days. That one tomato that I already exchanged to a scrambled egg just wasn't enough. I ate about 550 calories. I burned 314 calories with cardio though. Day 5: -3,7kg | 73,7kg. This day was easier. I did well. I exercised 15 minutes. Final measurements: weight: 73,7kg. waist: 69cm. upper legs: 56cm.
@@haha-rp6gl Restriction is bad, I know. I always advocate for a healthy diet without any restriction. My diet before was eating everything but MODERATELY. I know what I'm doing and as a grown woman I know about this unhealthy diet and I take full responsibility. Yet, I still wanted to try it out. I thank you for your concern!
@@ginnundso hey just wanted to ask if you gained it back after returning to healthy meals?? i want to do this diet for 5 days then eat healthy for 5 and back to the diet again.
@@thidalis2672 Hi, I went back to about 1200-1400 calories a day and somehow didn't gain back too much weight. Whilst I gained only 500g back immediately, I am now at 73,7kg again. But notice, I workout well and have a decent amount of muscles which may explain why I didn't yoyo back. So instead of eating this little, I recommend working out so you'll have muscles that will automatically let you burn more calories whilst just existing! Thanks for your question and I hope my answer helped you a little bit! Have a nice day :)

Diet constitutes 60% n workout remaining. If you do not watch what you eat then even if you exercise for 2-3 hrs won't help you lose weight. The reason why ppl gain the weight back is that they start binging once they are done with diet. Its like you are eating only 1000cals every day n lose weight n suddenly you start eating high calorie foods after that you will obviously gain all that weight. So diet n exercise is a lifetime commitment
@@preethanadig6252 I agree mostly, but also, it's more of an 80/20 ratio. also people can binge even before the end of the diet, because if you're too hungry the body will go into the ravenous mode. sometimes what happens is people eat too little, end up overeating afterwards, and then they think they should fast the next day, but that is not a good solution.
@@preethanadig6252 they may also not binge after the diet but just go back to their previous eating habits and because those were the reason they gained weight in the first place of course they are going to gain weight again.
Doing this instead of a water fast to shed a little before Ramadan. That’s the time of year where my eating habits are disrupted and I want to maintain my regular weight.

This is my second day, and before I was 59.4 kg (131lbs), but now I am 57.3 kg (126lbs). My goal weight is 54.4 kg (120lbs), and I will do my progress weight for the next three days. I'm going to do this for five days (and I also do 8,000-10,000 steps each day). I always walked but never saw progress until now. Update 3rd day: I am now 56.6kg (125lbs)🥳🎉 almost finished just two more days Update 4th day: I am now 56.2kg (124lbs) wowww that’s amazing progress I am so close to my goal 🥳 Just one more day after this! Update I’m still on the fourth day: I currently weigh about 55.7kg (123lbs) I've been introducing myself to food gradually so that when I'm finished with this diet, I won't go food-crazy. I recently consumed a small amount of celery and a small piece of chicken.(I know this is kind of cheating but I can’t help it 😒) Short Update 5th day: I am 55.7kg (123lbs)🎉🥳 Extra: I don't recommend doing this diet as a long-term thing because it is really energy draining, but the results are AMAZING, I am so glad I have one more day! After this, I plan to do a more healthy diet with more portions and exercise, try my best to keep the weight off, and find a new goal. I am eager to finish this diet because it has truly helped me with portion control!!!
I have a question for you. so, did you notice the difference in the size of your clothes after the first week? like, were you looking thinner overall? I apologize if I'm too rude but I really want to be skinnier. thank you!

Ok I’m doing this for one day. Basically I’ve been on a diet for a month doing low carb and only eating about 1200 calories while dancing and walking. I’ve lost 5kg so far. It’s slow but healthy and easier to maintain. I’ve had a cheat day yesterday and about 1kg more on the scale today (which is normal). So I want to do this diet to get back on track. So starting weight: 60,55 kg/1,58m Goal weight: 59,5 kg For Breakfast I had an apple and 213ml chocolate oat milk. 235 kcal, 44,5 CH, 3,1 P, 3,3 F For lunch I had 2 eggs and a banana. 225 kcal, 21,8 CH, 11,8 P, 9,4 F For dinner I had 6 cherry tomatoes. 15 kcal, 2,9CH, 0,8P, 0,1F Total kcal: 475 Final weight: 59,7 Kg (-850g) 🎉
GIRLS have a look at something called intermitted fasting! Basically if you want to lose Some weight don’t eat breakfast! Give your body a chance to burn off the stored calories from the night before! Then chose if you want your main meal to be your dinner or lunch! Eat that meal as a normal meal of what you like and don’t go mad on portion size. Then for your smaller meal have something like soups or lentil salad, couscous salad or veggies and a small portion of rice (or meat if you eat it) and don’t eat late at night have a cut off time for food this also includes drinks that’s not water tea Or coffee. If you’d like a treat or weekend treat eat it during your intermitted fasting eating period period.(Eg 12-7, 1-8 etc) Not having or delaying breakfast will help give you results. We have to think of long term not short term the problem is that we couldn’t control ourselves in the first place and we need to fix that

That means you would lose about 500 g per week and 2 kgs per month.

my tip for those who think abt "dieting" or eating healthy, here's my routine:
1. drink water/lemon water/green tea before meals
2. five meals a day (breakfast , snack, lunch, snack, lunch , & that's every 3 hours so it's probably best to wake up early like around 7am) btw PROTEINNNN protein is so important to include in meals especially breakfast, lunch, dinner as it helps reduce fat & sugar cravings.
3. be mindful of your food portions normally you should arrange two handfuls of veggies, one handful of protein, and a knuckle size of carbs. Slow eating too, take about 30 secs before u take a bite & chew chew chewww
4. 15 min walk after my meals (if it gets dark outside usually I stay home and walk up n down my stairs or around the house)
You might lose weight by eating 5 times a day, but it will be much slower 😕
people who work don't have time to meticulously prepare 5 meals a day...
This is true, thank u❤️❤️

I'm in a similar situation as you. I've gained about 20 lbs compared to my previous weight of 135. Wrestling season has started, and I only have four days before we get certified-weighed. I plan to start this diet tomorrow, I hope it works!
-
Day 1 - i followed it pretty roughly.
its funny bc all of this was for nothing bc you most likely gained these pounds back one way or another
@@underwirez actually, I'm regulating at 125 pounds now. As I said the diet was to push me into a healthier life style, not actually help me permanently lose those 6 lbs. It did help with making weight in wrestling in a short time though, something many wrestlers struggle with.
@@feichan1128 why did you need some random person’s diet as a motivation for you to have a “healthier” lifestyle tho
@@underwirez good moring - your missing the point completely. I looked at this video because I needed something to help me cut a decent amount of weight in a short period of time. All I meant was this directed me at continuously maintaining a good diet so I wouldn't have to do this again.

do you see on the outside that you have lost weight or not? I don't know if you know what I mean

(-5.6 lb or 2.5 kg)
Day 3: 126.2.
Bonjour je ne sais pas si tu parle français mais je voulait te demander si tu a fait du sport pendant le régime si oui lequel s'il te plaît
I tried a diet where I didn't eat anything for 5 days a week and I did extreme exercise, it led to me not having my period for a month so please dont try extreme diets
That is water fasting and has nothing to do with this.

@@bangacoulibaly1487 I'm not saying this diet I'm just saying extreme diet, plus it wasn't water dieting, plus I also didnt eat in Ramadan because of fasting
im starting this diet tomorrow!!! im really excited about it so im preparing the progress comment already haha
*Day1- 61.4kg - so far so good ! im bloated from high salt intake so hopefully this diet will fix it!
*Day2- 60.3kg - nice! i modified the diet to have all the food allowed together as 'brunch'; i ate celery sticks at 1am bc i couldn't sleep from hunger 💀💀
*Day3- 60.3kg - i spread out todays food throughout the day and that made the diet much easier to follow! hopefully ill lose by tomorrow :-/
*Day4- 59.1kg - yesterday was easier tbh
*Day5- 59.1kg - i started my period today so ill assume i didnt lose bc of that lmao
final result: 58.6kg
After having completed the diet, i can say that i dont recommend it to anyone except those who ARENT dieting currently and want to lose weight really fast. as you can see, i 'only' lost 2.8kg in five days, even tho i followed the diet well.
(recommended range is 0.8-1g/kg) otherwise you may suffer long term consequences. i tried to keep to this minimum range even while following this diet.
thats it from me! im glad this diet is over haha i wish everyone reading a good day
U GOT THISDS !!!!
@@مولاةستيلو thank you!!! idk if you are on a diet but if you are WE CAN DO THIS!!!
@@melliettaa208 youre 100% right, thank you for approaching the topic in such a tactful manner. that being said, i low key high key have an ed already lol so this diet is right up my ally. im sure your comment could help somebody who doesnt suffer from disordered eating behaviours, so thank you for reaching out! have a good day

안빠질수가없는식단..
(Another thing about the water is not to drink it right after your meals, I heard it’s not good for your gut health and your stomach can’t process it well enough, so try hold yourself back)
Last thing is to stay consistent!!
Sniff…thank you 🥺
I am 17 ryt now thank you for this comment i will make sure to be aware of my decision
Instructions unclear got ed
I did a similar diet like this one ( i think it was the egg diet) and now i probably got motion sickness
Remember that you may not get the same results, especially if you are shorter than yoonsoul

Same here I realized this diet is better for people that dint workout
I’ll try this diet and will update everyday! I am very excited about it! My weight is currently 56.5kg and my actual goal weight is 48kg but I hope that I’ll reach at least 53kg with this diet.
Day 1- I ate exactly the same food as her, and drank 2L water. I also did some exercises for 30 minutes and walked 9300 steps. (weight 56.5kg)
Day 2- I ate exactly the same as her, but I didn’t have tomatoes, so I made scrambled egg with four cherry tomatoes. Later I had four cherry tomatoes instead of six. I also had Karate practice for 1,5 hours in the evening and walked around 6500 steps. I was very tired and had no energy in tge morning, so I had breakfast straightaway. I also craved for delicious food but I didn’t give up!(weight 56.3kg , that actually dissapointed me bc I thought I wouls lose more but maybe my muscles were still big from tge day before idk)
Day 3- I ate everything as her but I felt in the morning also dizzy, so I ate straight away. I also had one hour of Karate practice and walked around 7300 steps. I only drank 1L of water. In the evening I finally went to the toilet as I could not poop since day one lol, so my stomach got flatter finally. (weight 55.8kg)
Day 4- I still don’t have tomatoes so instead of one big tomato I ate again six cherry tomatoes, so in total I had 14 cherry tomatoes. (weight 55.3kg)
Day 5- I ate the same as her but again instead of one big tomato, I gad six cherry tomatoes. My mom made delicious food and bought desserts, but I didn’t give up, it’s the last day. Through all these days I felt dizzy and had not much energy. But I am really proud that I could finish this diet and lost some weight. (weight 54.8kg)

No hate just a reminder that if you lose weight that quickly, you'll gain it back that quickly too.
If you want a long term weight loss it's better to have lifestyle changes than to resort to these diets because these aren't healthy and it is, of course a diet you can't use for all your life.
nah its possible to maintain the weight loss just dont go back to eating how u were before hand etc
Really? I assumed Singapore had amazing fruits and veggies....
@@nnn-v6w haha wouldn't say they are very ugly or bad, but as they are imported, there are definitely times when they are bruised!
Hello fello Singaporean!! And yes :(((
Maby they look perfectly round and bright red but naturally grown tomatoes (fruits, veggies) are not perfect!

You could eat healthy than what you think your body shall do
@@preethanadig6252 they may also not binge after the diet but just go back to their previous eating habits and because those were the reason they gained weight in the first place of course they are going to gain weight again.
Doing this instead of a water fast to shed a little before Ramadan. That’s the time of year where my eating habits are disrupted and I want to maintain my regular weight.

Results??
This is my second day, and before I was 59.4 kg (131lbs), but now I am 57.3 kg (126lbs). My goal weight is 54.4 kg (120lbs), and I will do my progress weight for the next three days. I'm going to do this for five days (and I also do 8,000-10,000 steps each day). I always walked but never saw progress until now.
Update 3rd day: I am now 56.6kg (125lbs)🥳🎉 almost finished just two more days
Update 4th day: I am now 56.2kg (124lbs) wowww that’s amazing progress I am so close to my goal 🥳 Just one more day after this!
Update I’m still on the fourth day: I currently weigh about 55.7kg (123lbs) I've been introducing myself to food gradually so that when I'm finished with this diet, I won't go food-crazy. I recently consumed a small amount of celery and a small piece of chicken.(I know this is kind of cheating but I can’t help it 😒)
Short Update 5th day: I am 55.7kg (123lbs)🎉🥳
Extra: I don't recommend doing this diet as a long-term thing because it is really energy draining, but the results are AMAZING, I am so glad I have one more day! After this, I plan to do a more healthy diet with more portions and exercise, try my best to keep the weight off, and find a new goal. I am eager to finish this diet because it has truly helped me with portion control!!!
3 weeks later: I passed my goal and went to 119 lbs with healthy dieting, I feel like this diet has really helped me 😊
@@clecle6290 heyy did you gain the weight back ??
I have a question for you. so, did you notice the difference in the size of your clothes after the first week? like, were you looking thinner overall? I apologize if I'm too rude but I really want to be skinnier.
thank you!
@@tupeonigatuev yes, I did and I tried clothes from my past that weren’t able to fit in the past, now they are able to,

Diets don't work, life style changes for the better are more successful over the long term. I am a witness of this!
Starting today. My scale is mechanical. I added grapes to the diet, because I don't like apples very much. I will eat eggs, grapes, apples, bananas and tomatoes, and I will drink sparkling water, water and tea.
Day 1: 64kg
Day 2: 63kg
Day 3 and 4: i messed it up
Day 5: 64kg (let's try again!)

One thing I agree is eat early and sleep early the more you stay up late at night you get unnecessary cravings🤤🤤🤤
Wow. This diet is so filling. I’m on Day 1 Lunch and my stomach might burst from fullness. 😂
So starting weight: 60,55 kg/1,58m
Goal weight: 59,5 kg
For Breakfast I had an apple and 213ml chocolate oat milk. 235 kcal, 44,5 CH, 3,1 P, 3,3 F
For lunch I had 2 eggs and a banana. 225 kcal, 21,8 CH, 11,8 P, 9,4 F
For dinner I had 6 cherry tomatoes. 15 kcal, 2,9CH, 0,8P, 0,1F
Total kcal: 475
Final weight: 59,7 Kg (-850g) 🎉
ill be doing this for 3 days day1- breakfast- 1 apple , lunch- 2 eggs , dinner-1 tomato w/ cucumber day2- breakfast- 1 apple , lunch- 2 eggs , dinner- 1 tomatoa w/ cucumber day3- breakast- 2 eggs , lunch-1apple/watermelon , dinner- 1 tomato or just salad

GIRLS have a look at something called intermitted fasting! Basically if you want to lose
Some weight don’t eat breakfast! Give your body a chance to burn off the stored calories from the night before!
Then chose if you want your main meal to be your dinner or lunch! Eat that meal as a normal meal of what you like and don’t go mad on portion size. Then for your smaller meal have something like soups or lentil salad, couscous salad or veggies and a small portion of rice (or meat if you eat it) and don’t eat late at night have a cut off time for food this also includes drinks that’s not water tea
Or coffee.
If you’d like a treat or weekend treat eat it during your intermitted fasting eating period period.(Eg 12-7, 1-8 etc)
Not having or delaying breakfast will help give you results. We have to think of long term not short term the problem is that we couldn’t control ourselves in the first place and we need to fix that
Ill try to update here for a week❤
(ill replace baby tomatoes with apples bcoz i dont like raw tomatoes lol)
Day 1 : 76.6kg
Day 2 : 75.9kg
Day 3 : 76.0 kg (no change coz its my mom bday basically cheat day lol.. so ill extend one more day)
Day 4 : 75.5 kg
Day 5 : 75. 1 kg
Day 6 : 74.5 kg
Day 7 : 74.0 kg
Overall it is slow for me but im still glad i lose some kg🥰 i will not give up with many other diets/workout until i reach my goal (50kg)..❤
Did you notice that your clothes fit better? I'm scared that if I do it, i'll mainly lose water weight
OH MY GOD GIRL ! I'm so proud of you ❤️ I'm going to start today and you made me feel motivated ❤️
@@crazierani don't do it, girl. What you will lose is water weight, not fat. Even if you lose some fat, it would be too little to be noticeable after 4 days. Try a healthier diet for better results

Please remember to go on a healthy diet. The dangers of eating drastically small amounts or eating nothing at all are unbelievable. As a person who has had something similar to an Ed, it didn’t make me happy at all with the results. I lost muscle, my nails stopped growing, and I looked dead all the time. Just make sure to eat when hungry.
