@nuveeeee well when i was overweight, i cut down on sugar, eating dinner way before 7, eating more healthy options . ( tbh it helped a lot when i cut down on dairy...) i love eating unhealthy food, but i restricted myself to eating them only on the weekends. So then it also makes it more tasty because I've been waiting for it 😋 Most importantly, exercise a lot. I dont mean 30 mins a day. I mean throughout. Keep yourself continuously active, like walking around all day and doing a workout before sleep, etc. It is also easier to lose weight if you are in your early teens compared to when ur older, so patience is the key to losing weight. ( Just so you know, my body and urs are different, so different things worn for you, and different things work for me. Try different things till you see what suits you best :) ) Oh yea, i also used to do a LOT of chloe Ting's workouts . I suggest doing a lot of cardio before you do a weighted workout. Me, For example, i dance throughout the day, and after i dance, i take some time to do ab workouts .) Im by no means a nutritionalist, so take these with a looot of salt lol

What's the point of drinking almond milk? Is it because it has fewer calories? Skim milk is much tastier than almond milk and has 40 calories per 200 milliliters and more protein. Although I don't know how almond milk is in Korea, at least here in Argentina, it's very watery (it has no taste). Another thing... don't you think that most of the weight you lost was gas and water retention? It's normal for unwanted gases and liquids to accumulate after a week of eating poorly... I've even lost 1.5kg in a single day due to bloating.I equally love these types of videos because they are very relaxing.
it's not so much about the calories but people's values, a lot of people don't like the idea of ingesting hormones from animal milk. I personally drink oat milk because I prefer the taste, brands like oatly or minor figures aren't watery at all.
It’s not sustainable, if you lose weight too fast it’s more likely to be gained back fast as well and to lose 4 pounds a week it can’t be done long term or it’ll be very damaging to your health, if you go at a slower pace the weight will stay off as well as you will be getting the right amount of nutrients and it’s gonna be easier since naturally you’re going to be eating more rather than a really strict diet, I hope that made sense😭 just be patient and consistent and it’ll all pay off but don’t put health to the side when you come to lose weight🤍
